Im 6'1 235 and the xl shirt fits great except for across the shoulders. I kept the shirt because it's a nice quality and for most situations it's fine. Unfortunately, if I reach out with both arms or flex my back it feels like its gonna tear across the because it's tight. For the money I paid if I get a couple wears out of it that's fine. These shirts really never wrinkle, they do not breath, but they never wrinkle. great for a emergency shirt, web conference calls, etc. They are thin and feel cheap, but they are amazing at what they do.
