I bought this Coolcrazy Dash Cam last month because of the wild drivers out here in Texas.I will say only few words about this camera because I really like this Dashcam features. I am really enjoying having this product in my car.And absolutely this dashcam is well-made with stunning 4k clarity, easily to set up and install. It captures clear footage license plates and road signs which is exactly what we need. And one more thing about this dash cam, while driving for a mile the camera turn off itself but they say no need to worry because it turns off for saving the power and still on that mood it continues on recording. so, no need to worry about that. And yeah, i am really happy to find this Dashcam. I would highly recommend this CoolCrazy Dash Cam,loving this. Thank you. Read more
Works well, great picture quality especially given the price. Very clear picture and little blur. One thing the manufacturer should consider is an optional extender cord for the rear view. I drive a Subaru Outback, which is basically a glorified hatchback. I'm a bit of a "neat freak", especially when it comes to cords (occupational hazard). To keep the rear facing cord hid, I tucked it in along the passenger side door frame at the floor board. I had to mount it on my "Trunk" cover instead of on the hatch at the window. Not a big deal at all, still has great line of sight, but the cord length may be a deal breaker for some crossovers, vans, large SUVs if the owner doesn't want cords all over the place. Read more
A decent camera, the quality is OK, but the app/wifi support is clunky and it appears to have a lot of AI/sus five star comments. I’m going to be generous here, because setting it up was relatively easy. I plugged it in 3 months ago and correctly assumed it was doing its job. I hit an animal the other night and I went to review footage. It correctly captured accurate GPS coordinates, along with the incident. Despite boasting 4K and “night vision,” the night footage looks like grainy 720p. Daytime is better, but looks more like 1080p than 4K. A raccoon jumped out in front of my car and did some damage the other night. Thankfully the dashcam caught it, but the screenshot shows a blurry subject and yellow spots all over the screen from road reflection. There’s no way this dash cam is reading a license plate at night. Make sure you upgrade to a higher capacity memory card. The one it came with only records about 3 hours of footage, before it starts deleting the old stuff. I had some other smaller issues. The tool it came with to push in the installation wire is extremely cheap garbage. It’s very sharp and scratched some fabric when I used it to install. The app and WiFi don’t work very well. I gave up trying to connect it to my phone. There was a helpful setup video, but it’s clear the girl is reading a script and not giving a genuine review. I read the product reviews and the wording is all very similar and extremely specific, to a point where I’m pretty sure a majority of the 5-star comments are AI or otherwise fake. I’ll give it 4-stars, because like I said, installation was relatively easy. I plugged it in over 3 months ago and it’s been recording fine the whole time. The suction cup is still holding strong too. If you follow instructions through installation, I think you’ll be fine. Just make sure to get a higher capacity memory card. Don’t expect cinema-quality 4K or clear night recording, but it will do a sufficient job for most everyday needs. Read more

am absolutely thrilled with the "Cool Crazy 4K Ultra Clear Dash Camera." I did a ton of research before pulling the trigger, and I am so happy I chose this specific model. This camera delivers on every promise—especially where it counts: clarity and user-friendliness. Setup: Couldn't Be Easier (Seriously) The first thing that impressed me was the installation. Honestly, I expected a frustrating afternoon wrestling with wires, but the setup process was incredibly smooth. From opening the box to having it fully functional took less than 15 minutes. The mounting system is simple, secure, and discreetly tucks behind my rearview mirror, keeping my view completely unobstructed. The included instructions were crystal clear, and pairing it with the app took seconds. If you're intimidated by tech, don't be—this one is genuinely plug-and-play. Image Quality: Ultra Clear is an Understatement The "4K Ultra Clear" isn't just marketing hype; it's a fact. The video quality is genuinely stunning. During the day, the footage is sharp enough to read license plates several car lengths ahead, and the colors are vibrant and accurate. But the real magic happens at night. I live in an area with poor street lighting, and the night vision feature captures details with a clarity I've never seen in other dash cams. Everything—from traffic signs to moving vehicles—is captured flawlessly, providing undeniable evidence should I ever need it. Final Verdict: Peace of Mind Delivered Knowing that I have this level of crystal-clear protection every time I drive is truly priceless. It's not just a dash cam; it's an investment in peace of mind. It’s reliable, it’s easy to use, and the video quality exceeds all expectations. If you are looking for the best possible dash camera on the market right now, stop searching and get this one. I am 100% happy with my choice! Read more
The media could not be loaded. I am so thankful that I purchased this dash cam. My car was rear ended recently, and the resolution of the camera is very high and was able to capture everything, including the license plate number. Installation was also very easy and it took me about an hour to complete. It has been a very reliable camera. Read more
