Fit like a charm, works just fine

Took my pro apart to add the CD compartment, added the new cover, then the fan. Snapped on like a charm, plug in fine. When I turn on the PS5, this spins up. I think I turned the lights off, option to have the lights on or off, button on the back that presents. Fans do well to keep it cool...or as cool as it can be given the new graphics card the Pro uses. This works just fine for me. Not the most excellent choice, an icebox would be better to keep the new machines cool, but not feasible trying to game in a parka and gloves. I am happy with this one, but definitely the Pro's need a fan. Find one, add on. Highly recommend, this worked for me. Read more

Keeping it cool

Attaching this cooling fan to my PS5 Pro allowed me to play games longer without the fear of it over heating or throttling my game play. This fan was pretty quick and easy to install without having to spend a lot of time or efforts. The fan provided constant cooling to my console so I can play games longer while it can also extend the life of it. These fans are whisper quiet so I don’t even notice it and it doesn’t hinder my gameplay in any way. The fans have a powerful wind speed that keeps my console running at top speed and it also has the ability to adjust the wind speed if needed. The design of these fans is sleek and it fits well in my console like it’s part of the console itself. The additional USB3.0 port means that I don’t have to take up the limited and valuable USB port on the console for the fans to operate. Read more
