These run SMALL. I combined these and a Diamond MMA cup and it's very comfortable. I'm a skinny guy and usually wear at 32 waist size and ordered the large and they're still very tight. Just received them and tried them on, haven’t worn them in any athletic events yet. I am a long time McDavid compression shorts guy but thought I’d give these a shot since they are listed at a good price. The cup is too small, it shouldn’t be called a men’s size (maybe teen), I still have my McDavid cup that I’ll be using with these new shorts (see pic for size comparison of the two cups). I was surprised there are two straps inside the shorts (see pics) since I have never worn compression shorts with them, but they are comfortable so it’s not a problem. If you put the straps in front, instead of behind your upper legs like they are intended to be, it doesn’t keep the cup tight enough against your body (I tried just to see). I’m a size 32 and wear a small in McDavid compression shorts, after reading reviews on here I’m glad I went with the 32-34 instead of the 30-32 as they fit the same as the small McDavid shorts. Overall I think they will be fine for me, but if I didn’t already have the larger cup I would be returning them (that’s why I gave 4 stars). Read more

Received my compression shorts and tried them on right away! The fit was perfect per the size guide and the waistband material is super nice. The pocket for the cup and the integrated jock strap are genius! Just slip that cup in the crouch pouch after sitting and waiting for hours for your event to start! My only advice is find a 3rd party cup to your fit and preference. Read more
Shorts are decent but the cup that came with it seems to be for a baby boy or something. Cup hardly covers the left one, let alone the right, or the hog itself. Happy with the shorts but upset that I have to order a new cup. Read more
