I switched to this from a more standard memory foam butterfly-style pillow that I've been find with for over a year. The main reason I want to try this is that it's a little smaller than my old one and allows me to sleep higher up on toward the head of the bed (I'm fairly tall, and found that the way the other one was designed was such that I couldn't really use it properly without my feet partially hanging off my full-size mattress). With this one, though, I'm able to slid up far enough without my heels leaving the mattress. Not only is it smaller, but it's also MUCH softer. While it's technically memory foam, I would almost say it feels more gel-like. It's much airier than my other pillow. It's At first I was worried that would mean less support, but I've found that to be inaccurate. Support is awesome and I haven't had a single issue with a stiff neck or sore back since using it (this is not the case with all pillows for me). Additionally, I use a CPAP every night and I have found this to be much more comfortable for use with that versus the old one. I think that may have to do with the fact that this is lighter and doesn't push back as much when it comes to the headgear. Really great support in spite of its lightweight nature, and I LOVE that my feet aren't hanging off the bed, lol! Highly recommended pillow. Read more

I am a side sleeper and was having a problem with shoulder pain because I couldn’t find a pillow - including a couple other specialty designed ones - that was effective in providing proper positioning and alleviating pressure on my shoulder. Until now!! This pillow’s higher side is the perfect height and I no longer have shoulder pain when lying down/sleeping. While I am not a back sleeper, I find the lower side of the pillow to be the perfect height for that position and it’s quite comfy. I also had previously slept with my hand under my head for added support and it was causing some circulation issues with my hand at times. The “A - side sleeping area” now supports my head in that same way eliminating the need for me to have my hand in an uncomfortable position. The pillow itself is soft and comfortable, conforms to head/neck, yet holds its shape well. There was no odor when I first opened the package. It came vacuum sealed and it quickly returned to normal when I opened it. The cover/case is really nice - very soft and I love that it is a custom fit pillow case! The breathable fabric does feel cool and does seem to do an incredible job of helping to maintain a more consistent comfortable body temperature throughout the night. I have tried a number of pillows to abate my neck pain. The pillow appears to be smaller than what I expected but works amazingly well. I wake up in the morning with no neck pain which is great. The cover is removable and washable, I wish I could get extra covers and not have to use regular pillow covers which are too big. All in all, a very nice pillow. Read more
I've been dealing with persistent neck stiffness from sleeping awkwardly, so I decided to invest in a better pillow. This memory foam option stays quite firm, even after a few uses. It isn't like other memory foam options I have used previously. The contoured shape doesn't really feel comfortable for me either, it just kinda sits weird. This neck pillow is absolutely wonderful and pain relieving. High quality design and materials. Made with a quality memory foam. Odorless and non toxic. Strong and durable. Firm. The pillow is perfect for persons with neck and shoulder pain. It does a great job keeping the cervical spine (neck) in alignment with the rest of the spine. This clever design alleviates pain in the shoulder too. The whole upper body can feel relief from the surrounding muscles finally being able to relax with a more supportive pillow. Perfect.
