I am giving it five stars because the Seller has great customer support service and they listened to customer issues. While the product was not accurately described and item delivered was not consistent with the labeling, their customer service was terrific and made every effort to provide me with a satisfactory resolution. I am very particular in reading product descriptions and make purchases based on these. I made this purchase because of the fill weight and I like firmer pillows. As a note, the website states 1.5 lbs of fill for the travel pillow. It only actually has 12 oz of fill (a lb is about 16 oz and 24 oz is 1.5 lbs). They did however send additional fills to make it up to 1.5 lbs of fill using the warranty after calling customer service. Although do take note that if you buy additional fills which are also sold separately, you may be buying a 1/2 lb fill (8 oz) but it only contains between 6.3-7.5 oz. This is what happened to the additional fills that were sent to me. They do need to have consistency in making the product and establish good quality control. The pillow was very comfortable after putting the additional fills and was the right size. I like the travel pouch and the zippered pillow covers. The smell will take a few days to air out and do make sure you put in the dryer for a few minutes as per instructions. Other than the issue on the memory foam fill weight, this was the best travel pillow that I have tried. Do not waste time to try other toddler pillows to be used for traveling, this is the perfect one to try out and as stated, you can adjust the pillow fill to your desired firmness. Read more

I use this on my bed 24/7 now. At first I thought it might be small (as it is a travel pillow) but when it comes to it practically, it’s the perfect size. I’ve also used it for travel and it’s very easy to bring in a carry on bag and use wherever you go. Perfect comfort too. I was looking for a good pillow for a long time and kept getting too thick or thin pillows and neck pain. When I saw a review for different pillows I was super excited to try this, and it was a bonus to find a cheaper version that fit my lifestyle better. It’s definitely lived up to expectations. I love that you can adjust the amount of fluff/thickness too! I thought I would have to adjust it multiple times to get the sweet spot but it was fairly easy to find it and I haven’t had to change it since. No neck pain, total comfort in all sleep positions (side, back, and even stomach sometimes- although not the most breathable position lol), and a good night’s sleep. Definitely recommend this pillow, and I’m sure all of this different sizes would be the same level of quality. [only potential downsides if you’re really picky is it’s not very breathable - you cannot breathe through it as with most pillows, and it doesn’t stay cool. It’s not particularly warm or stuffy but if you’re looking for a specially cool breathable pillow, maybe not this particular one.] Read more

WOW. I didn't expect anything fantastic from a camping pillow I bought, but WOW. I can't stand inflatable pillows. The rest of the aches and pains that come with roughing it, I can handle. But neck pains, not so much. This luxury camping pillow is going to spare me that pain. Anyone on that plane or in that campground with you, even sitting in business elite or in their camper, along with anyone else you run into on your travels, will be jealous because you have this pillow to keep you cozy. I'd read reviews where people said they were replacing their regular bed pillows with these, and I think I might have to, as well. It's that comfortable! Each and every summer, my family goes camping and some of us backpack. Our trip is next month and I'm so excited to take this pillow with me. This, I think, will be staying in the tent when we go out backpacking, though. Bit heavy to take along, unless it's a short trip and I can spare the weight and space. For a better backpacking pillow (also foam, lighter-weight, rolls up compact enough [for me], head not sinking straight to the ground), I'd take a look at Therm-a-Rest. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0773H412H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I got a medium and it's about the same size as this pillow, packs a bit smaller, and is lighter. Not as supportive, but then, you give up many luxuries on the trail. A fluffy, non-inflatable pillow doesn't have to be one of those things you give up, though, if you have the space to spare in your pack. For backpackers, that's what I'd recommend over this. For tent campers, you're golden here. Pros: - supportive, but soft. I love when my head sinks in a bit and I get a nice, gentle cradle to the side of my head when I sleep on my back (I'm a back and side sleeper), and this does that wonderfully. I usually need two pillows for this, one firmer on the bottom and softer on the top, but all I need is this one. - there's a zipper to take off the outer shell, then another zipper holding the foam stuffing (also unbelievably soft. I just dunked my hand in to fluff it up and let the smell escape some). The outer shell can be washed, but I don't know about the rest of it. I plan to put a toddler pillowcase over it and waterproof the outer zipper shell to keep the foam dry in the backcountry. - fits into the stuff sack well! Mine seemed a bit larger than others' photos, so I wonder if they heard the other reviewers and listened. The stuff sack, while on the cheaper side, seems like it'll hold up okay so long as it's not being swung around too roughly. It does have a nifty strap on the outside if you want to strap it to your backpack. Cons: - smells chemically when you first take it out. Not too strong, but enough for someone sensitive to have potential issues. - UPDATE: the outer protective zipper case is difficult to close once opened. The zipper gets stuck in the fabric surrounding it, poking holes along the way. Doesn't bother me enough to remove a star, since I barely need it, but it's annoying enough to mention. Read more

A little heavier than I would like but definitely a comfortable, cool, soft pillow. Probably the best of all the travel pillows we have tried. Read more

Every time I go on a trip I end up with neck pain due to soft pillows aggravating my neck injuries, so I decided to try this pillow. It compressed down nicely and fluffed easily. I went on a trip for 8 nights at a VRBO and the pillows were soft so used this travel pillow and was pain free. I just placed an order for the normal sized one to have at home, that's how much I liked this pillow. I spent over $150 on a supposedly wonderful pillow and can't use it, so this one is definitely a value in comparison. You can add or remove fill to adjust it to your liking. I used all the fill and it was perfect even though I initially thought it would be too soft. If you like it softer you can take some fill out. It compressed down smaller to fit in my suitcase which I liked. My only negative is I don't have a pillow case that fits it, but I see they do sell one and plan to buy that. Read more
