I purchased the Copper Compression Recovery Shoulder Brace after shoveling my way through a blizzard and hurting my shoulder. Since I already own the Copper Compression back support brace, I thought I'd purchase this much needed shoulder brace. The shoulder brace wasn't hard to put it on, but you do need to follow the directions or watch a video to help figure out how to adjust it. As a petite woman, this shoulder brace didn't fit as well as it would for someone bigger, so sizing is definitely not universally small. However, after using it a few times, I can confirm that it provided support and stability to my shoulder. Aside from the sizing, the quality of the item felt sturdy, but it had an overwhelming rubber smell. Read more
Fit leaves something to be desired but suppose one size fits all has something to do with that. Seems to be working to reduce pain so that’s the important part. Read more
Good product WHEN the Velcro holds. This product really needs stronger Velcro. I have to redo the straps no less than twice a day, which gets very frustrating. I will probably have to have better Velcro sewn onto the straps, which I shouldn’t have to do… Read more
I don't have an item review yet, as I just received the shoulder brace earlier today. I'm pretty good at figuring things out, but this stumped me for a bit. First of all, the wrong instructions were in the box. I received instructions for a Back Support. I had to go online and watch the video. Still wasn't 100% clear, but I eventually worked it out. Wrote the previous note the beginning of Oct. I have been wearing the compression brace since and I must say, I'm happy I decided to try it. I have a small tear of the rotator cuff. Dr. doesn't want to operate for a couple of reasons. It took a few days, but then I felt that the pain had ebbed. I like the feeling of the compression on my arm. Not comfortable sleeping with it on, but the pain at night without it is less as well, so I do get a good nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this brace. I also bought a "cold pack brace", but the weight of it is very uncomfortable. The Copper Compression is way more comfortable. Have been using the Copper Compression for awhile now and highly recommend it. It has helped the pain a great deal. Read more
I bought this product in November, 2020 based on the reviews thinking that it would help reduce the pain I have in my left shoulder due to a rotator cuff injury. Nothing torn, just inflamed and stretched. Well didn't provide any relief as some have said in their reviews. I basically have three issues with this product. First (as I mentioned) it didn't reduce the pain when I tried to sleep. I also tried it when I jog and it didn't help there either. Second, the strap that wraps around your chest works its way up the side of your torso in no time until its right underneath your armpit. I finally gave up and just placed it there and tightened up the strap to compensate for the shorter distance. Problem is, not only is it uncomfortable under the armpit, it also takes away from the ability to immobilize your shoulder. And, if you're not wearing a shirt underneath the strap it digs into your skin. Third, be sure you go to the manufacturer's website and read their "100% satisfaction warranty - no questions asked" policy before buying it. What they don't say on their ad (and can only be found on their website) is that it's only good 30-days from the date of purchase. That means you better try it on right away to give it enough time to see if it works for you before the 30 days are up. Top it off, if you're not a Prime member who would get it delivered the next day, and you chose regular shipping you could be looking at a 25 day trial period. Not that long when it could take twice that time to really see improvement in your shoulder injury. Read more
Really done a good job stabilizing my shoulder at night and greatly improved my sleep. Read more
I broke my own rule about never ordering a product when I'm too busy to read the reviews. Although the item that I received seems to be well made, a lot of reviews said theirs was very poor quality, it came with zero instructions on how to use it. I was in such a hurry because I'm in a lot of pain & couldn't wait to get it. It wasn't hard to figure it out, but it does not fit AT ALL. I decided that maybe it's too large because it's unisex. When I read the sizing information it says the L - XL fits a bicep size starting at 41 inches!!! I'm a woman but even my hulking Viking husband does not have a 41 in bicep! The small says it fits 31 in bicep. Really!? With a TShirt on my bicep is 12 inches. I'm very disappointed & will return. Read more
