Just unpacked, assembled and ran my Cotiro Lightweight Stick vacuum through its paces. It comes in ~4 sections: powerhead with AC power cord, collection cup, extension handle and floor/carpet head. The assembly is straight forward. You do not need the enclosed instruction manual. No tools needed for the assembly! A crevice attachment is also provided in the box. The extension handle snaps in for floor use and using the release button, pulls right out for handheld tasks. The power button is located on the motor subassembly. This vacuum is between 50% and 100% larger than traditional hand held vacuums we have owned. It is also significantly heavier. The debris container is more than sufficient for multiple uses before emptying. It easily maneuvers over hard floors. It is more difficult to maneuver as the carpet pile increases. This seems to result from the low clearance between the floor/carpet head and the vacuumed surface combined with the Cotiro’s suction power. This is a powerful vacuum whose powerhead is much larger and heavier than many battery vacuum power heads. Its replaceable filter seems readily available from online sources. This looks to be the only periodic maintenance replacement item. The materials used in its construction look and feel flimsy for the price. This is a powerful, lightweight vacuum easily used on hard surface floor but a bit overpowered/under designed for carpets. Read more

I’ve been using this vacuum for a few months now. I wanted to be able to give it a thorough use and chance. Some vacuums slow down over time or do not have good suction. This one is AMAZING! Since it’s small and lightweight I honestly didn’t expect much, but this thing is powerful. My house is always full of dog hair. I have three huskies and a Pomeranian who shed constantly. This vacuum sucks up ALL of their hair! I love that it’s convertible so I can use it as a full size or as a handheld vacuum. It’s simple to use. Plug it in, turn it on, and go! I only have one complaint: the cord is too short. I wish it were twice the length it is. I have to plug it in different plugs to do one room. That really isn’t a huge deal, because I can do that between emptying the vacuum out. If you have pets inside, grab one! Read more

This vacuum was terrible! It's a waste of money. First, it's cheap and it falls apart constantly. You can be vacuuming and a whole piece will just come off which isn't safe. It's supposed to have a lot of "power" but seems like it actually struggles to pick things up despite being very loud and noisy. It's lightweight and again, cheaply made. It isn't worth the money, and it doesn't work well at all. Don't waste your hard earned coin. Read more
