This vacuum works so well! I'm absolutely amazed at power it has. I got this for my mom who needed something lighter to use. I used it while I was at her home and knew I needed one too. My sister was visiting as well and she went home and purchased one also... We now have 3 between us and we are ALL happy with them. You can't beat it for the price!!! Fantastic!! Plus I took ours camping with us this last time and I was so thankful I had it. It made very quick work of cleaning all the dirt and debris that gets tracked into the camper. The swivel on the head is great and between that and the size, I was able to get into and around all of the places I need to without any problems. It saved me so much time! Constantly gets clogged up due to small space between the filter and the outside wall of the canister where collection tube comes in. It also lacks suction power and charging takes forever! The only positive about this product is customer service is very responsive. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Got this vac and it has some pluses and minuses.. But has great suction so overrides any cons. Pros: Super strong suction that works really well!. Lots of assecories & 2nd filter included. Turns from both upright to handheld with good crevice tool. I think fact it has a cord instead of battery recharging makes it stronger suction. Good for hardwood floors, tiles, or very thin carpe. Cons: Hard to put handle on & off with snaps difficult to put into place. Cant remove long handle with cord attached and have to remove entire cord to get handle off. No place to winde cord on hand-held set-up. The plug of cord has no plastic nub to attach it to the cords thus hangs loose. To put on some assecories you need an Adapter between them.. why not just make the differnt hose attachments just fit all on their own?! Plus no spinning brush or anything to sweep the debris into the upright version. Its just the bottom suction base with no spinning brush that others have that help Scrub the floor. This is a decent cordless hand hold vacuum cleaner for the price. I do not expect it to match the performance of named brands that are many times more expensive. For the price range, it does a good job at picking up dirt from various types of floors. It's relatively light, easy to handle. The battery seems to last. Read more

I'm never going back to heavy vacuums again. This little vac has me utterly spoiled and wanting to use it all the time, unlike the dread I always experienced when faced with dragging my bigger vacuum out. No more dragging a cord along behind me, or having to move the plug around. This vacuum has plenty of power as well, great suction, and the charge lasts long enough that I can really get the house done without too much hassle. This vacuum is frustrating. It lacks many features and details most competitors have. The dust cup is too small and most of the place is taken by the filter, the design is awkward, the floor nozzle is too narrow and it has a crevice too and another rtool that looks like a crevice too with a sliding brush.
