First time I bought this massager back in last August. I liked it, I think it’s helpful for my knee pain. But within a month the velcro strap stopped working. I couldn’t wrap it with my knee. I called Amazon & requested for replacement. Since it was over one month, Amazon said seller not allowing the replacement or refund. As I liked the product I ordered another one for my mom in November, 2024, assuming that probably the velcro material was not good only for my specific piece for some reason. But within 5 weeks I find the same problem & it’s frustrating. Again the velcro strap stopped working to keep it wrapped with the knee. Other than that the product is good. With three levels of vibration & the three heat settings, my knee feels better after each use. For that I can give 4 star but for the problem with velcro within 5 weeks, sorry I can’t offer more than 3 star. I hope the velcro material will be improved for getting 5-star review Read more
