After I figured it out the shoulder heating pad worked remarkably well. The pad can be used on either shoulder. It does strap around the biceps muscle as well as across the chest. The vibration intensities increase as settings are advanced, and there appears to be what felt like different patterns present. The device has two ports for charging, one on the remote, and one on the actual pad where the remote sits.Once I figured out the remote, I was easily to navigate through the settings very quickly. I needed one because my left shoulder was in too much pain. I had one before but I forgot where I placed it so I ordered another one. This one really was better because they addressed my concern about the heating and massage control by making it more accessible. This made it easier. I can now control everything while I just sit back and let it do its job. It does really help in easing the pain. I use it 2-3 x a day and it takes 3 days before I have to recharge it again. It is a mediocre wrap. There are only 4 heating pucks that are nickel sized. The massage is basically different vibration modes. Easy to put on. Kind of bulky but not terrible. But what they do not tell you is that BOTH the remote and the wrap have to be charged to work. And if you set it for say...heat only, 45 minutes, on high, and it shuts off, you have to reset it again. You do all the settings with TWO buttons so it takes time. When it restarts it automatically goes into vibration mode. You have to click four times to turn it off. Each clicks beeps. The beeping and vibration sound ended up waking my husband so I returned it. It is nice that it has a remote, but the heat from my (CVS) model that I ordered online $36, that I plug in, is much hotter. I would rather have the heat and a cord vs less heat and cordless. Used about 3 times and now it doesnt work. The remote works but the main controller on actual sleeve won't work. I charged both unit and remote as stated .Tried emailing company and no reply. However, it did seem to help for the short time I used it. Read more
It didn’t fit on my shoulder! The top doesn't go around the top of the shoulder .check out the ads picture- it's picture is false + phoney . I've never written such a bad review before but for a fancy expensive heater,etc, this should have fit. Read more
