A genuinely life changing device for me. My job is walking on hard floors for hours a day and I have sciatica. I was honestly thinking I may have to quit. This has made the job more than bearable. One big flaw: it turns itself off all the time! I actually told the seller about this and they immediately sent me another one. That turns itself off too. *EDIT!!* I changed from two stars to five stars*****The company saw my review and they reached out to me. They offered to send me a new hip massager. I received it very quickly, and the new one they sent me works great! The massager works very fast on the highest level, and doesn’t work intermittently like the last one, it works consistently with the heat and the heat gets really hot after a while, which really feels great. This has helped with the blood flow in my hip so much and helped with pain, highly recommend if you are having hip trouble. I’d like to thank the company for reaching out to me and sending me a new product. Original post: I thought this was going to work great. When you have the massager button only on the massager works really fast, but when you turn the heat on with it, it slows the massager down. Sometimes it turns off by itself, which is annoying because I have to keep pressing the button to turn it back on. Works OK, but I believe the wiring is cheaper made. Read more
