I have tried retainer cleaners similar to this in the past and not been impressed. However, this one is night and day better. First, I love that it's rechargeable via type C. The other 2 I tried were not rechargeable and used an uncommon cord. So it had to be plugged in during use. That's not convenient. This is MUCH better. It came charged right around 50% so I was able to try it out right away. I used mode 2 which takes 10 minutes. I don't know if you can tell by the pics but in person you can definitely tell how much clearer my retainer looks after. I've been using this retainer for 4 years every night. And it looks pretty darn good now! So many bonus items are included with this. It would be perfect for someone starting invisalign or similar at home aligner treatments. I love that I will be able to leave this on my counter and just throw my retainer in there with some water and do a 5 minute cleaning daily. The price for what you get is worth it in my opinion. I will likely get another for my teenager when he gets his braces off because this is a device that will get used always if you have retainers. Read more

Two weeks in and this little cordless cleaner is now a regular thing on my sink. When I first opened it there was a slight plastic smell, and it comes with a travel pouch and a small cleaning tool set, which is nice. The stainless steel tank feels pretty sturdy and the whole thing is compact enough to stick in a drawer. I wasn't sure a cordless unit could keep up with my nightly routine, but mode 2 for 10 minutes clears up the cloudiness on my old retainer way better than I expected. The 45kHz ultrasonic action plus the UV refresh really helps with odor and getting the surface clean. It's got a four level LED display that shows battery status in real time, which is helpful when you're rushing around in the morning. Charging is easy with USB-C and the 4000 mAh battery actually lasts several days of daily use on one charge. Only complaint is the lid and basket feel kinda fiddly, and the cleaning basket can be tricky to line up when your hands are wet. Value-wise it's worth the money if you travel or want something mess-free, especially since it comes as a complete kit. The travel pouch is sturdy and keeps all the little pieces from rattling around in my gym bag. Just make sure the water stays below the MAX line and charge it before a trip. Read more

I’ve been using this for my Invisalign retainers, and it has been a noticeable upgrade from my previous ultrasonic cleaner. My old one had to stay plugged in and was much smaller, so my retainers overlapped in the tank. This cleaner is cordless and has a larger stainless steel tub, which makes it much more convenient and gives everything more room to get thoroughly cleaned. I also like that it offers different cleaning modes: ultrasonic only, ultrasonic with UV, or UV only. It lets me choose the level of cleaning my retainers actually need instead of using one default setting every time. It comes with several accessories and a pouch, which will make it easy to take with me when I travel. It arrived fully charged, so after a quick rinse it was ready to use right out of the box. My retainers are cleaner than they’ve been in a long time, and I’m very happy with the results. Read more

This is a compact rechargeable ultrasonic cleaner, which makes it easy to take along when traveling. It works well for dental items like retainers and mouth guards, but it can also be used for small objects such as jewelry. Compared with other ultrasonic cleaners I’ve used, this one operates more quietly, which is helpful if you’re running it in a shared space. The unit comes with a small velour travel bag, plastic tweezers, a hooked tool, a small brush, and a charging cord. For its size, it produces a noticeable amount of cleaning power. The portability and simple setup make it a practical option for routine cleaning at home or on the go. Read more

I'm kind of offended at how gross my jewelry was. I figured it was dirty but ick! I just used some hot tap water and a little squirt if Dawn and ran my wedding set and a couple necklaces I tend to wear regularly and the water was so nasty! This is a great little cordless cleaner that comes with everything you see. Its marketed for retainers but I am using it for jewelry. It all fits nicely into a little fabric pouch and fits in my underwear drawer until the urge to clean strikes again. See my before and after sparkle photos. No scrubbing, again just hot water and Dawn and into the machine. I will be running all my jewelry through this cleaner on a regular basis now! Read more

Overall, the device is high quality and well made. The use is as easy as a literal push of a button. We have cleaned some jewelry and one of my son’s retainers. First, for jewelry, it did an excellent job. You get to see the sediment in the cleaning well after the cycle so you know it has worked. It seemed especially effective at removing the grime between gemstones and the mounts. We also cleaned some spoon rings and those shined up nicely. The retainer is still a work in progress. Now in fairness, my son does not diligently clean the retainer like he should, so there was perhaps more buildup than expected for this device. It did clean but it may need several cycles. The unit does advertise various speeds. It is not obvious on the device how to adjust the speed. That interface could be more foolproof. Overall, it is an effective ultrasonic cleaner for everyday soil on jewelry. Deeper cleanings may require some pretreatment for best results. Read more
