Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

This cordless vacuum cleaner surprised me quite a bit. At first I thought it was going to be "one more", but the truth is that it has worked super well for me. It's light, easy to handle and the battery lasts long enough to clean what I need without running around. What I liked the most is the power: it really raises the dust, the hairs and all the dirt without having to go through the same place a thousand times. I also love that it doesn't make so much noise and that emptying the tank is super simple. Overall, my experience has been excellent. It's fairly easy to assemble, once you read the manual. I won't lie, in it's individual boxes, the components resemble a alien machine gun, rather than a tradition vacuum. But once you piece it all together, it starts to make sense. The manual is in great English and the boxes for each of the parts and attachments are labeled. Because the primary motor is at the top of the handle, it can feel a bit heavier than what you might be used to. I felt like I had to compensate for the extra weight near my wrist the first time I used it. It makes it *feel* as if the torque in the handle is slower to turn when pushing the vacuum. The actual speed and maneuverability of the brush head makes up for this. The head of the vacuum can turn and swivel very quickly and can rotate about 270 degrees, so you get a lot of flexibility around corners and tight spaces. Pressing the trigger at the top of vacuum automatically turns on a bright LED light at the brush head. It allows you to see a lot of dust and dander you wouldn't be able to see otherwise. There's a bright touch LED display on the back of the motor that let's you adjust the amount of suction of the vacuum. It's set at level 2 (out of 3) automatically. This is decently strong and will pick up most dander on carpet, hard surfaces and crevices. Level 3 is maximum strength, but not *that* much stronger than level 2. It does tend to drain the battery faster, though. It's best to keep the power on level 2 to avoid re-charging the vacuum that often. My vacuum came pre-charged at about 75% battery life, but it takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to charge 33% battery. So I wouldn't say say that the wall adapter and battery life are fast or efficient. If you install the included wall mounting bracket, you could potentially let the vacuum charge indefinitely. But this wasn't really ideal for me, so your mileage may vary. The HEPA dust cup is a little tricky to engage. You have to press the tab on the side of the main motor, slide the dust cup forward and then pull *upward* to take it off. There's a small switch at the bottom of the cup that allows you to dump the contents straight into the garbage can without touching anything. It's pretty efficient. The HEPA filter comes pre-installed, so you don't have to touch it. But because it is attached to the top of the dust cup, you may have to consult the manual to remove and clean it. It's not intuitive on first glance. The retractable metal tube can be taken off to turn the motor handle into a *mini* cordless vacuum. Combined with the crevice and brush attachments, you have a fairly powerful handheld for odd cleaning jobs around the house. For example: I used the mini handheld configuration to clean my bathroom ventilation fan. A few swipes with the mini handheld at level 3 power took care of a lot of dust build up. But because the motor and the battery pack are fairly heavy, it was fatiguing to hold in one hand while cleaning. It's a bit of a trade off. You trade convenience and speed for comfort. This may not be appealing to those with mobility issues in the arms or hands or seniors. This vacuum was about $240 dollars when I got it. That's not bad market retail for the quality you get, but you may want to wait for 30-35% sale before you make the purchase. Once you get over the learning curve, I feel like this a fairly decent vacuum. I'd recommend this to small home and apartment owners with a lot of hard surface spaces. (It can't be used in damp spaces or bathrooms, though. To avoid electric shock.) A solid 4 out of 5 star buy, for me. Read more

This vacuum is amazing !!! It’s not very loud at all super easy to maneuver very light weight easy to clean out !! Cleans up everything with no clogs including dog food & pet hair !!! The attachments are perfect for getting into small spaces or cleaning furniture!! It stays charged for a decent amount of time as well I’m usually able to use it about 5 times threw my whole house before it needs charged ! Read more

This Cordless Vacuum Cleaner has been a great addition to my home so far. The suction power is impressive and easily handles dust, crumbs, and hair on both hard floors and rugs. I was honestly surprised by how strong it feels for a cordless model. The battery life is another plus. I can clean most of my home on a single charge without rushing, and I really like the self standing design because I can pause and park it anywhere without needing to lean it against a wall.
