I will start off by saying not at all impressed with the mopping capability, the hot water feature barely makes a difference and by the time i get done cleaning 1 stain on the floor 10% of the battery has drained because of how taxing it is to use the hot water feature WHICH IS THE MAIN SELLING POINT. The fit and finish of the unit is fine and it looks exceptional. But i bought this so i wouldn't have to warm up hot water and mop the floors manually. Additionally after use even if i have some battery left on it, i put it on the dock to self clean and it tells me it needs more battery even though it’s on the charger. I absolutely love it, but the tanks are too small. I have to refill it twice at times and empty it out constantly while cleaning. Other than that, I love the hot water feature and the self cleaning. I dont like that it can leave streaks at times and doesn't fully dry the floors if you go too fast. It also doesn't do well on the edges by the wall. But my floors have never felt cleaner. Read more

We use this daily (especially the hot water mopping having a dog and small child which cuts down on the need for heavy cleaning. The vacuum had a hardware issue 3 weeks after we received it and stopped working. After shipping the vacuum back under warranty, the customer service team quickly replaced it with a brand new vacuum. Pros: -Great suction power -Mopping and vacuuming at the same time -Light and easy to use daily -Self cleans the brush roll -The edge tool that reaching out and grabs crumbs under counters and against edges is a gamechanger -Pulls in the dirty water when mopping making your floors instantly clean and dry Cons: -Poor battery life, but if being used daily you won't need to use the entire battery. -Does not replace the need for an actual vacuum, still need something with extremely strong suction for carpet -Mixes the dirty water and solids together, you'll need a strainer for your sink or can clog your drains when emptying the dirty water tank. -Dirty water tank smells even after a through cleaning after each use which can cause foul smelling air to blow out -Can only adjust custom vacuum/mop settings through the app. They really only need to be setup once to your desired custom settings, but would be easier to cycle through buttons on the actual machine Overall, I'd still absolutely recommend this product. It has made our lives so much easier with how dirty our floors get with pets and kids. We didn't realize how much we took it for granted not having the vacuum for two weeks while going through the warranty process. Also, excellent customer service with top notch communication.
