It's light weight makes it easy to run around the house. But, this vaccuum is garbage. Yes, it does suck up dog hair off of hard wood floors, if you go over it multiple times, which is why I bought it. If you're hard of hearing then I recommend this because it makes the loudest high-pitch whistle that'll drive anyone insane. The battery lasts about 20 minutes and takes hours to recharge. I'm not too upset about this vaccuum because I paid pennies for it. I'm giving my honest opinion and helping you make a good purchase. I would pass on this vaccuum, I should've bought the one that takes Dewalt batteries hence I have lots of them on hand. Read more
