I love this little water flosser! It came fully charged and I have recharged it twice with no issues. It's quiet which is really nice, just has a low-key engine sound, especially compared to the larger plug-in flossers that sit on the counter. There are 3 power settings plus a pulse setting - I use the first 2 settings interchangeably. Flosser comes with 3 different tips - I like the one that has a tiny brush at the end, nice and gentle on the gums! Filling the tank is easy and there is a little door that snaps closed after filling. The door does seem a little bit delicate so I try to be really careful when filling or emptying. I use dental floss and proxabrushes prior to using the water flosser, then use an electric toothbrush. Last dental check-up was good, no tartar except for one tiny spot, and I was in and out of that dental chair in 10-15 minutes! I feel water flossing really helps with tooth and gum health and combined with floss and proxabrushes you have a fighting chance of keeping any dental problems to a minimum which can save $$$ on potential big dental bills. I wish I bought this one to begin with. I had another one that was smaller because it was a travel size and it went to put on me very early on (yet not early enough to return it!). This one has been great and I love the settings. The gentle setting (2) is really gentle. The 3rd setting is perfect, and the hardest setting is a little too rough for me, but second third settings are great!! Read more
