This backpack is awesome! I use it for my 3 year olds daycare bag. It holds 3 changes of clothes, a sweatshirt, her bentgo lunchbox, and whatever toy or craft she brings in that day. It has two side pockets that would hold a toddler water bottle (think kids owala size). The pattern is really cute and girly, but dark enough that it won’t show stains. Speaking of stains, daycare doesn’t always fully close the lunch box so the inside of this bag has seen cherry juice, yogurt, apple sauce, ranch. Not a stain to be seen. It is still big for my toddler to carry by herself, but I usually carry the bag anyway. It’s really good quality and function for the price. Def recommend for those early years of daycare and pre-k! This backpack is adorable! We bought it for our 3 year olds first year of prek and it’s the perfect size. It fits a regular sized folder in it, no problem. It is a bit big for a 3 year old but it’s a happy medium for a smaller child. We are halfway through the school year and it has held up very well, even through a couple washes! It does stain a bit easy because of the light color but it has also been very easy to wash and will look brand new after. My daughter loves the buckle clip in the front and I think that makes it a bit easy to carry and more comfortable for her small stature. I love these backpaks! They work great and smaller kids can carry them well! The pockets are a good size and they fit normal sized books and papers which is what I needed! The zipper works well and opens and shuts easily. We use this often and have found it has stood the test of a few months being owned by a toddler. This backpack is the perfect size for preschool! It fits my 4 year olds folder perfectly, and I also made sure it could hold a 1 inch binder as well. The binder was a tight fit, but I was able to zip the backpack completely with the binder inside. I attached photos of the inside of the backpack with my child’s folder inside so you can see how easy it fits in there and how much room is left. I’m able to pack my child’s folder, jacket, and snack for the day inside with no problems. It’s lightweight and easy to wash. I’ve washed it at least twice so far and it still looks brand new.
