So frustrating I threw it out the window

Absolute garbage. Hard to assemble. Tiny little diagram about how to put the spring in, I basically had to guess. When I went to install it, I heard this popping sound and then the spring didn’t work anymore. So I tried to disassemble to send back and the sections were jammed. So I installed it right off my balcony into my back yard. See photo. Read more
