Pleasantly surprised at how well this works! I wash my hands a LOT at my new job at a pottery studio, and often with hot water. I have very sensitive skin so my hands get very dry and itchy. I had eczema as a child but now it’s coming back in my adulthood and with a vengeance lol. I developed a pretty large itchy, scaly, dry patch on my left hand below my thumb. Even when wearing gloves at work or covering the spot with a bandaid, it was still inflamed and irritated everyday. I was itching it till it bled and burned! It’s been so hard to not scratch it when I feel the itch come back (the kind of itch that makes you want to bite yourself like a dog because it just itches too good.) After a bit of research, I came to the conclusion that what I was dealing with was nummular eczema. I was going to make an appointment with my GP but I figured they’d just prescribe me an OTC cream anyway so I turned to this one. After just one use before bed, my dry patch was no longer looking as dry, the itchy feeling was diminished, and the color of the inflammation has very significantly improved! I regret not taking a before picture. I wasn’t expecting it to do much but it really works. It’s cheap and thankfully I got it quick because I was about to scratch my eczema patch until I reached bone! I will be using it while also continuing to wear gloves and maybe washing my hands at work less abrasively and with colder water.
