These have an odd taste that's hard to pinpoint, but it's not exactly unpleasant. Just...odd. I took one of these per day for about two weeks before getting distracted and misplacing them, and while I can't say for certain that they do what they're supposed to, I do feel like I felt calmer and more relaxed in the days that I was taking these. Purely anecdotal, of course, but I do think that they helped improve my overall disposition. I've just started taking them again, and I may put them on my list of things to order again if they seem to bring about the chilled and relaxed feeling from before. Well this is a happy little box of happy strips. Open box and there are 30 individually wrapped strips. Open one package, place on tongue, enjoy. The Chocolate Mocha is an enjoyable flavor. I have a history with Ashwagandha where it and my gut were not best friends. With these bio available strips, the absorption of ingredients is quicker so I have no reaction.
