I love this waterpik. I replace my older one that uses the cup for water. This has three settings..clean, soft and massage. Clean, of course does the job and the massage is very invigorating. Everything works great..the water flow is strong, but no overpowering. A charge is suppose to last a month and so far I’m up to three weeks with having to recharge. It's perfect!! It's super easy to use, the battery life is great and lasts a long while. It's portable, so my daughter can take it anywhere. It offers quite a few functions to meet her needs. Wife accidentally broke my water pick. Decided to try this one on a sale. Device feels solid enough. Buttons work well. It's more ergonomic than my older water pick. It comes with 3 heads; Standard Jet Tip (Normal), Orthodontic Tip (Soft Bristle Brush), and a Whitening tip. The instructions are really unclear on if the Whitening tip can be used in place of the Standard tip. They SEEM similar, but no mention of it in the documentation. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the documentation. They are hard to read, and the translations to English on them are pretty poor. Just look at the questions and answers in the items description; "Does the package include the charging adapter", the answer provided has nothing to do with charging. I love this thing! Big water tank, battery charge lasts a long time, 3 different tips to choose from and 3 speeds. Although the "pulse" speed is curious. But I don't use it so I don't care. Overall excellent product and value. Read more

This is a solid product and works! I travel a bit, and my teeth/gums (and breath) really appreciate the extra cleaning that only a liquid flossing tool brings! The original package of (sorbitol) cleaning tablets I received was powder, likely it had been exposed to too much moisture somewhere in the supply chain. Contact Coslus and they immediately sent me a replacement. I can easily go a week or more without recharging which is also good! Read more

Great flosser. Easy to use. I like the additional of the whitening tablets. I hope they work over time. I also like the simple controls. I don't need 10 or 20 different combination of water flow and pressure. Just high, low and pulse are all one needs. I highly recommend this flosser. Read more
