This is an amazing water flosser! It works so well, and I love that it comes with different tips! The pressure is great and it is quite strong on the highest level. I like that it comes with 12 different levels and an explanation for each level. I think it is a great value for the price especially being that it is so easy to set up and use. It is also not loud at all, all you hear is a little noise when you turn it on, but other than that it is not bother some. It is a bit messy at first, but once you get the hang of it is easy to use. I like using the black tip since it squirts more water out and I feel gives a better clean. I definitely feel like my teeth are a lot cleaner after using this! Read more

COSLUS E1 irrigator ... Pretty nice and affordable package. Light very light and super well built very sturdy , doesn't creak when lifted etc. The motor sounds less powerful than a similarly sized waterpik I have, but the flow is just as good if not better. So, less noisy but works quite well. The ac power does not come all the way to the device which isbgood, a slim cord is easier to handle when coiling all around. all in all I recommend it. Read more

I’ve never used one of these before, but I had some dental work done and I needed to get one rather than paying $100 for a water pig brand I bought this one seems to work very well I think there is a learning curve cause when I first tried to use it I was like getting water everywhere, but that was on me. I’ve used it a few weeks now and I can get it right where I want it cleans out under my tooth and I’m kind of liking it. I didn’t think I ever needed one, but this works very well. I find the controls easy to use they give you really really good instructions. It is not noisy at all. You can’t even hear it on Easy easy to use the pressure you can adjust so if you want a little more pressure or a little less pressure you can do that and I think it’s a good quality product and it holds enough water that you can use it probably three or four times before you refill the little cup. Bought this to replace a broken water flossing machine. Does a better job than the old one and automatically shuts off if I forget to. Good value too. Read more

Love it so far. I have had this for a few months now and have had no issues. Great product for the price and fits nicely on the bathroom counter- not bulky at all. Does the job! Read more

I really really wanted to love this. I don’t hate it but it does cut off randomly while in use and sometimes when I turn it on you can hear the pump working but no water comes out of the flosser and I have to turn it off and on several times to get it to work. It doesn’t happen all the time. It does have good water pressure, it’s a little noisy but not bad. It is easy to clean and not messy just wish it worked all the time. Read more

I actually really like this flosser compared to a name brand one I had previously. It is much easier to control so there isn't a big mess afterwards. It gives you everything you need and is super easy to drain and let dry out between uses. Lots of different adapters and settings for your individual needs. There is a good guide included which shows you what each piece is along with how to maintain the unit. It is small unit and fits great in my small space. Really easy to refill. I use about half a tank personally each night and just empty the rest out and set it to dry. This unit does require being plugged into the wall so it isn't really portable unless you have access to a wall outlet. The only downside is that the tip storage is in the lid and the lid is really hard to get open. It does just rest on top of the tank, but it has a slit that you are supposed to pry open to access like a clam shell and the grips for it are almost non-existent which makes it tricky with wet hands.
