I love it. It was very easy to set up. It's not as bulky as another portable air conditioner we had. The air is nice and cool, it feels so refreshing coming in from outside. It's over 90Β° and it's able to keep our 3 bedroom home cool. I was hesitant about the price but it's more than worth the amount. I've spent more on stuff that doesn't work. You can hear it but it's not nearly as noisy as a regular window AC. It doesn't bother us at night. Read more

The product is really good, effective and give you real cold air. The hose mig by be a little sloppy, the noise is what it is, it is like you put small compressor in your room. You cant get away from the noise but it gives you little white noise which is fine. The customer service is outstanding, my delivery was 1 week late and i was eligible to get refund. They tried to help me and issued me some refund and I was very happy that they paid a lot of attention to what was going on. 5 stars to product and 5 stars to customer service. Read more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked it because it was priced well and to act as additional cooling in my bedroom as i sleep during the day. It worked good for the first 6 months or so. Then slowly wasn't cooling as great, but well enough. Literally days after the 1 year mark it throws an error code and customer service is crap. I was in a chat that then moved me to email. this portable air conditioner is amazing. I have used it for a month and it definitely is worth it. 1. the size of this AC is much much smaller then the typical ones you find in typical stores. i definitely like the design also. Especially the square top allows me to put items on top for extra shelving. 2. the AC works wonders even though it is smaller i feel it works just as any other large products. I have had no issues keeping room cool. I kept it in a 300sq ft room. It also seems to work quieter then most of the ones i have had experience with. Lots of functions not difficult to use 3. The only downside is the remote is kind of plain and looks alittle older but it works as advertised Read more
