I was so excited to get these!! The suede of the boots is so soft, it feels like butter. I love the flat heel, moccasin style of the boot and the upper is loose enough to be comfortable with no slouch. I ordered a size 10 (when I usually wear a 9) and these fit perfectly, if a bit snug. So, maybe size up if you have wide feet. They came packaged well, and with no damage. No weird smell, either. Pros: -Very very soft fabric -Comfortable inner sole -Stylish look -Warm and perfect for fall/winter -Seller's height measurement of 15.6" is accurate Cons: -Considerably narrower than one would expect, resulting in an uncomfortably tight fit for a given size. -Thin, cheap-looking sole with a plastic texture -Arrives with a strong odor of synthetic material -Questionable value at the current price point I am typically a size 6.5 but ordered a 7 just to be safe. Even so, these were still almost too narrow for me. I tried a few inner soles from other boots that I own and none of the size 6.5 inner soles would fit in this size 7 boot due to the constricted width (the length was fine). The media could not be loaded. These boots are definitely different, and they might seem a little weird at first, but I promise... they will grow on you. They sort of look like you're wearing black pants over a black moccasin, but if you layer them on top of leggings and with some cute boot socks- the look is really eye catching and stylish. You'll get lots of compliments. That said, these are not boots that will last a long time. The tread and soles both feel thin. I would not wear these to go on long walks, but would save them for the right occasion. They are not daily drivers. If I wore these every day for a month, I'm suspect they would fall apart. That said, I live off-grid and I'm pretty hard on my stuff. So I guess it depends on that too. Maybe I'm just used to hiking boots Overall...good value. I do love them.
