Can't say enough wonderful things about this product. I bought it last year for our shop office and ended up keeping it at the house in our living room. It was the perfect amount of heat, looks very decorative and the remote made it easy to set the flame style and temperature. It set a nice atmosphere and tone to the living room in the winter months when it was running. I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to add extra warmth to a room in a more stylish fashion. Fantastic price! Read more
This is lovely! The colored flames are pretty and it’s cozy with the heating element on. It’s sturdy with a mix of metal and plastic parts, and the mineral blue color is beautiful in person (maybe slightly more muted than in the photos). A couple drawbacks: when the heat is on, the fan is fairly loud, and so far I don’t see a way to adjust the fan speed. Good if you like white noise, not great if you’re watching tv, etc. The other design issue is that the remote doesn’t have the digital temperature reading on it. To see what the temperature is set to, you have to open the stove door and see what it says on the control pad in there. So you can change the temperature up or down from the remote, but it doesn’t say what it’s set to. It would be nice if the controls on both the remote and the key pad fully mirrored each other. Overall it’s great! A couple design adjustments would make it even better. Read more

I almost never write reviews, but this little electric fireplace has been such a joy every winter since I bought it in November 2023. The flame looks real, it produces heat out the front below the door with a fan. Everything can be adjusted to your preference- flame, heat and fan - by using the remote, or manually, by opening the front door of the fireplace where you can see the thermostat setting etc. Another big plus is that the entire fireplace box (back, sides, front) stays COOL to the touch except where the fan vent blows out the heat at the bottom front of the stove. If for some reason it gives an error message because someone messed with the remote, simply unplug and replug. Read more
With it being so cold out, thought I'd oufit my bedroom and office with electric fireplace heaters -- bought this one and then while waiting for it to arrive, bought one at Costco which was only $79. I immediately had buyer's remorse on the one from Costco -- the heater makes a loud whirring noise, didn't seem to generate much heaet, the fake flames bouncing too much. I liked it better the second night I used it, and it's cute enough so I didn't return it. However, I nearly cancelled this purchase because of having buyer's remores on the $79 heaters, but thought I'd give it a try and see if it's better. It's worlds better IMO. The flames look more realistic, the colors better, the remote better. Probably the only thing that is a plus and a minus at the same time is that you can't see the controls without opening up the door so it's hard to tell with the remote what heat setting you have it on whereas the other one you can see. That said, it's also more aesthetically pleasing not to have the controls in on the front panel. Anyway, it's a really pretty fireplace and I'm happy that I got it. Of course, with anything fake, it's a little cheeseball but I love the ambience it brings and the heater works fantastic. I bought the cream colored one and it's def not an off-white color but it looks fantastic, even close to my white furniture. Read more
Came very well wrapped and protected in a huge box. It is exactly as pictured, very realistic looking at first glance. I was worried but chose this one bc it had the most “yellow” flame vs orange that can read a little phony. When I turned it on, I couldn’t believe how realistic it looks! And it throws off a lot of heat into our ~800 sq ft first floor. I might DIY a faux flue pipe for added realism - if this was available I would have purchased it. The only other feature that would have been nice was a crackling sound effect that many have now. But this one is by far the most realistic looking electric I’ve seen that isn’t an insert. Highly recommend! Color I got is black. Oh, and it’s pretty quiet when the fan is on! Read more
