Can I complain about how slow this slow-cooker is without sounding like an idiot? No? Well ok, the build and quality are pretty good. This thing looks like it'll last a good couple years, and the inner ceramic pot is real easy to clean. It has two heat settings, including high, which takes a real long time to get to. I mean really long. Much longer than my standard Crockpot does on high. You should just expect to use this as a food warmer rather than a cooker. Though, that extra step of pre-cooking something, (and the clean up involved) might turn away the most impatient of us. The short power cable limits how "table-top friendly" this unit is. It kinda has to live in a spot on your counter next to the outlet. Overall, good item and I would recommend. Read more
