great color, easy to apply, but requires pencil-sharpening
I've been using COVERGIRL Perfect Blend Eyeliner Pencil for decades. Goes on smooth/easy, doesn't "pull" on lids. I like that it *isn't* waterproof, so it's easy to completely remove when you're ready to do so. Doesn't cause blepharitis, like many waterproof liners do on me. Sharp pencil point let's me draw ultra thin (or thick) lines, depending upon how I hold the pencil. The only negative is that you need the correct size makeup pencil sharpener, and if you do a poor job sharpening, you could waste a lot of the makeup as it breaks off the tip in the sharpener. I recently tried COVERGIRL Perfect Point Plus eye crayon, thinking it would eliminate the need for sharpening the pencil, but this had its own problems. And I don't usually like liquid liners, as I don't like when it runs into my eye. So I'm sticking COVERGIRL Perfect Blend Eyeliner Pencil, it works great for me! Read more
