Officially obsessed… this is my SECOND pair! I already own these exact boots in black (bought last year) and loved them so much that the second I saw this gorgeous tan color I hit “add to cart” without even thinking twice. That’s how good they are. Comfort level: 11/10. I can wear them literally all day, line dancing, running errands, even a full day at the county fair, and my feet never hurt. The cushion inside is unreal for a cowboy boot, and they’re wide-calf friendly without looking bulky. I have athletic calves and they slide on easily with a tiny bit of room for thick socks in winter. No breaking-in period needed; soft and comfy straight out of the box, both pairs! Quality is fantastic for the price. The stitching is perfect, the leather looks and feels expensive, and after a year of regular wear my black pair still looks brand new (no creasing weirdly, no color fading, soles are holding up great). This new tan pair is just as beautifully made. The snip toe is pointy enough to look chic but not so extreme that you trip over yourself. Absolutely fantastic quality boots! I grabbed these immediately for my wife who loves these boots. The color is a wonderful lighter brown - (she says not too dark and not too light) - and they feel wonderful. The zipper on the side makes getting into these a breeze. Many times, buying shoes online is a bit of a guess as far as fit - but she's a 9.5 and these fit perfect! We love these boots - both of us - they look great, they feel great and overall a win-win! I was pleasantly surprised by these boots. I usually struggle with getting boots past the upper part of my foot, the instep, and that is exactly why I sized up to an 8½. I normally wear a 7½ to 8, but boots are always tricky for me. The side zipper made a huge difference. I honestly wish more boots had this. It made them easy to get on without forcing my foot, and that alone makes these a win for me. Once on, they were comfortable right away and did not rub my small bunion, which is rare for boots ordered online. They do run a little tall on me since I am short, but not in a way that bothers me. I can wear them under pants or pull pants over them and they still look good. The design is clean and dressy enough to wear out, but not so stiff that they feel like heavy traditional cowboy boots. These feel more like an all day, walk around kind of boot. The insoles feel cushioned, and overall they are lightweight, which I really like. That said, the material does feel a bit thin. There is a foam-like lining inside, and based on past experience with similar materials, I do think you would need to be a little careful when pulling them on so it does not tear over time. Still, for comfort, ease of wear, and style, these worked very well for my specific foot issues. I hate buying boots online, and sizing up was the right choice here.
