I was not sure what to expect when ordering these, but was quite pleasantly surprised. They are quite breathable! They fit well, and the material isn't leather but it looks like it, and it feels durable. These are definitely stylish and attention grabbers. I love my lady. My lady loves boots. Ergo, I buy my lady boots. It's a good system. Really, I like to spoil her how I can, and she does love good footwear. She doesn't often wear cowboy boots, but when I saw these and how "funky" they are, I thought it was a good chance she'd enjoy them. They arrived in a nice, normal boot box, and contained just the boots. They arrived in near-mint condition. These are cool boots! The design is really different, the cutouts create a neat effect depending on what you're wearing underneath. You could just have it showing off your pants leg or you could wear some funky socks. No matter. They're more comfortable than expected, at least for her. The bottoms have decent traction but I wouldn't consider these to be winter boots at all. Overall I'm pleased with these boots. I've been wanting a cute pair of cowboy boots for ages, and I am so glad I finally went with these. The second I took them out of the box, I could tell they were different. The material feels really premium, not like cheap, stiff boots at all. And the intricate embroidered patterns are so pretty, they look even better in person. On top of that, they are SO comfortable. Seriously, I put them and there was no rubbing or painful break-in period at all. Now, let's talk about the fit, because this is where I was shocked. I have a wider foot, so I always have to size up in boots, usually to a 9.5 or 10. When I ordered these, I accidentally got my normal shoe size, a 9, which is what I wear in flats or sneakers. I was so worried they wouldn't fit, but honestly, they fit perfectly! There's plenty of room, and they don't feel tight at all. I absolutely love these boots. I really wanted to love these boots but they are sized small for anyone that doesn't have tiny ankles and calves. I can't judge comfort because I can't get my foot in them. They are made of a flimsy material that I was afraid to pull on to hard for fear of ripping the shaft off the boots. They don't appear to be slip resistant. They aren't as dorky as I thought they would be, in fact the shoe part is really nice and would look great under jeans, if you can fit your foot in them. Read more

These boots are very cute. They are a nice weight and the heel is chunky and feels high quality. The fit is good but a little narrow for the toe box, I would recommend breaking these in prior to wearing. the color is very close to what you see in the images which is nice. One thing I find a little misleading in the description is it states leather boots. But when you read in the details, they state faux leather. for the pricepoint, I think they are alright given it is not real leather. But it does make me question how long these would last in wearing outside or to fun outdoor events (we live in the rainy PNW!) so keep that in mind. Overall the boots are very cute, the cut outs are sharp and look classy. The fake leather for me is a tad bit cheap looking if you look very close- but in standard wear they look nice overall. I really like these. They're comfortable, easy to get into, and definitely work for those with wide calves like me. In fact that's the only reason I don't give this 5 starts - they are a bit too loose for me in the calf even with my wide calves. But I like the look, was skeptical about the light brown first but it works great with darker jeans. My favorite pair so far. I don't wear cowboy boots much (got these for a western themed school auction which isn't for a while) so can't comment on durability yet, but since they are comfortable I probably will wear them out more soon.
