I absolutely adore these FRJR Cowboy Boots with Fringe, they are so dang cute! The boots are leather-look, the upper material is called poly urethane, or PU, and mimics the look of leather, while being softer and less stiff. The insides are lined with the same PU, which unfortunately may cause the wearer to get sweaty calves, but socks might help. These are a matte-type beautiful white/ beige finish with genuine cowboy- type stitching all the way around, along with well- sewn fringe that feels just like leather to me. This fringe lays perfectly and moves easily. The lower part that covers your foot is stiffer, and pointed, as these are true pointed-toe cowboy boots. The inside sole of the boots have a cushiony soft area sewn into them and when you slide your feet in, it feels like having tiny pillows under your arches. They are very comfortable boots! These do have a "high" heel which is blocky, staying true to the cowboy boot tradition, and they have loops at the top of the boots to pull them on with. There are no zippers or buckles. The outer soles and heels are rubberized and ridged to prevent slipping, and until they are broken in, they are going to be stiff to walk in, as with all boots like this. Aside from the clunky new boot walk, I couldn't love these gorgeous boots any more than I do! The pricepoint here is very good, and I would know, because I have boots for days! These attention-getting boots are going to step up the look of just about everything (except what I was wearing when I took that Pic lol) from casual jean outfits, to summer dresses, to fall sweaters. These boots were better quality than I was expecting, but took away one star becausethey may or may not work for those with larger calves. For context my calf is between 17" and 18" around abd they boarder line look like a busted can of biscuits. Otherwise these are great boots. True to size. They fit my foot perfectly. The fringes are a fun detail and don't look cheap. They are soft and not fake feeling. I have a wider foot and I didn't feel like I was squeezed in there. Color matched the image perfectly.
