This machine has been nothing but fantastic. When I first was looking I was a bit worried with the only people who had wrote a reply were given one for free. However, this has not disappointed. I have taken apart, cleaned, and reassembled this machine and it is super easy. by mid-grade this is super similar to the breville barista. The only thing that can have some upgrade to it is the milk frother. It can sometimes be loud or begin to die out but nothing bad enough to where it is still powerful enough to create a great whirlpool. I have had this machine for a few months and have been stoked with my purchase since then. For my first 58mm espresso it is great! Also the tamper it comes with is very high quality and heavy. Also the grinder is very adjustable where I run mine between 25-20 depending on the bean but I personally would start a new bean around 15. I recommend that you purchase this machine. I’m gonna give this machine a 3 star. Only because there has been several times I go to make my coffee and the beers get jammed. I have tried just adding in the right about of beans(per grams) or just filling it to the top. They get jammed. I’ve had it for some time and wanted to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong. It is a nice machine but that really irks me when I have to unjam the beans. It’s easy to use and clean. The size js decent for the counter. It doesn’t take up too much space. Read more

Let me first say that customer service is phenomenal! I received the machine and was not pouring a double shot, only one single shot that is when I would hit the double shot button of course. We did a little troubleshooting and still the machine did not work properly. They sent me another machine expeditiously. Goodbye Starbucks! Read more

You can make pretty good lattes, I can’t differentiate flavor vs going to a cafe. You don’t have to spend 8 dollars on a latte anymore! This machine have you covered! Use it some months and you will amortize its cost pretty quickly. Read more

Overall it's great and it's easy to use. But the steam dies out usually before I can even get the milk to 130. Sometimes it will go to 150 but rarely. So I can't actually use it to make a latte, which is why I bought it. I think I'm going to have to return it unless they come back with some sort of adjustment I can do. Read more
