This stuff is great! My dog was urinating blood and I wasn't able to get him into the vet (it was the weekend). I gave him this product on Sunday morning and by Monday afternoon there was zero blood in his urine when we got into the veterinary office! The only thing I can think of is that this stuff did the trick! I'm glad he's ok, but I would have liked to saved myself the expensive vet bill if I knew how well it worked! These neither helped nor harmed my dog. In case it helps anyone here’s our scenario: 16 year old dog showed signs of a UTI (increased thirst, increased need to urinate (would excrete all liquid immediately and then dribble the rest of our walk), one accident in the house (not normal for her), and need to urinate in the middle of the night . Bloodwork came back normal (she has had elevated kidney levels in the past). The vet did not want to prescribe meds until the urine culture was back. This took 4 days due to the weekend unfortunately. So in the meantime I ordered these cranberry pills. She took the recommended dosage for 4 days and I didn’t see any change for better or worse. She likened the taste of them. Thought they were a treat. So there’s that. Got the culture results back (confirmed bacterial UTI) so we stopped these pills and started antibiotics. Read more
This is a miracle powder! Not just on its own, of course. Our orange boy has UTI problems, and this has helped a lot in reducing occurrences and impromptu trips to the vets. My dog was spotting blood from her vagina and licking her private area. I took her to the vet and the vet prescribed antibiotics but wasn't able to stay if my dog had vaginitis or an UTI. 10 days of antibiotics and money down the drain, the antibiotics did not work.
