This stuff is great! My dog was urinating blood and I wasn't able to get him into the vet (it was the weekend). I gave him this product on Sunday morning and by Monday afternoon there was zero blood in his urine when we got into the veterinary office! These neither helped nor harmed my dog. In case it helps anyone here’s our scenario: 16 year old dog showed signs of a UTI (increased thirst, increased need to urinate (would excrete all liquid immediately and then dribble the rest of our walk), one accident in the house (not normal for her), and need to urinate in the middle of the night . Bloodwork came back normal (she has had elevated kidney levels in the past). The vet did not want to prescribe meds until the urine culture was back. This took 4 days due to the weekend unfortunately. So in the meantime I ordered these cranberry pills. She took the recommended dosage for 4 days and I didn’t see any change for better or worse. She likened the taste of them. Thought they were a treat. So there’s that. Got the culture results back (confirmed bacterial UTI) so we stopped these pills and started antibiotics. Read more
