Only my first treatment it was OK, but I was surprised that it didn’t really whiten my teeth as much as I expected it now my teeth is already really white. Take great care of them and I’m always trying different whiting products and different natural charcoals just anything to keep my smile perfect but honestly, I didn’t notice a difference. I only used one treatment, but I feel like baking soda or the natural charcoal powder would’ve made my teeth more brighter I kept it on for about an hour and it didn’t make my teeth sensitive so that’s a plus but I just remember using them back in the day and having that wow effect, but I really feel like I just got the same effect as brushing my teeth with that being said, my teeth are already really white so I really don’t know what I was looking for. I guess that extra boost, but I noticed I get that extra boost with just baking soda and charcoal for special occasions and when I’m stepping out so I don’t really know if I would recommend it. I will use all ten treatments since I already purchased them. I guess I will update my review once I’ve used the whole package but with that being said my teeth are not sensitive at all when using them and I did keep it on for about an hour. The bottom kept on sliding off, but the top fit perfectly. I did pay $21 and in that price I could’ve got me another charcoal powder, charcoal, toothpaste, regular toothpaste, and a baking soda so just keep that in mind. UPDATE after using all ten treatments, my teeth did get very sensitive, but it worked. It gave me that effect/boost I was looking for I spoke too soon. I do love these and I did purchase again. The bottom still doesn’t fit right it makes me have to pull the strips all the way down to my gums which makes my teeth/gums more sensitive because half the strip is just sitting on my gums. I did have to take a break. because my teeth were just so sensitive but they did work when using all ten treatments will do this monthly and on special occasions will continue to use as much as I can without my teeth getting sensitive Read more

I've heard others say it doesn't work... but It works for me! All of my teeth in the front (top & bottom) are real. No caps, implants, bridges...etc... I leave the strips on for 30 - 45 minutes and it does not make my teeth sensitive. Read more

The product did whiten my teeth enough. It’s a nice kick start to a whiter smile but obviously not professional. I did have to only do 5 treatments out of the 10 because my gums were feeling sensitive. That’s ok because I’m a few months I’ll do the remaining 5.
