I'm happy with the crock pot.I know you have no control once it leaves your facility but..I live in a condominium complex on the second floor and normally packages are delivered to my door.Not this time it was left at the mailboxes on the ground floor right where someone could grab and take off with it.Not to mention the box looked like it was thru a war zone. I've been looking for a larger crock-pot that will get up to high heat to cook baby back ribs and other foods enough in 4-hours that I can then finish the cooking in an oven to brown up the food. Works great and large enough for a family of eight! Read more

My Crockpot of over 20 years died. This one is nice and the red is a darker red and matches my accents in my kitchen nicely. I wish I would have gotten one with a resting spot for the lid but this one will do. Read more
I love this crockpot. Cooks well. I did not receive the one I ordered though. I ordered the red ones, ended up with gray ones. I had bought two, one for me, one for my daughter. Neither one of us was worried about not getting the red, even the gray works. Read more
Works great but seems to over heat on high and burned off liquid on high in under 4 hours so it could cause a fire if u left it on all day. Outside is extremely hot as well Read more
