This bag is made of a soft leather. It is lightweight and sits well on my shoulder and has an adjustable shoulder strap so that it can be worn as a crossbody bag. I'm very pleased with the size as there are 3 large outside pockets with zipper closures. Inside the main compartment, there is a discreet zippered pocket. I like that there are pockets inside the main compartment for my reading & sunglasses or for storing my phone for quick access. I would have given this bag 5 stars had it been a truer match to the color I ordered vs the color I received. This handbag is as featured in the description. Bought the oxblood color as I wanted it to go with black or brown. Leather feels pliable and good to the touch. Only four stars for “lightweight” because it is leather and a little bit of original weight is to be expected. Lots of separate compartments to keep things organized. Great little everyday bag. Revision One month later: Used bag for first time. Zippers are terrible. Keep hanging up every time they are opened or closed, ESPECIALLY the zipper around the front pouch enclosure. Zipper really hangs up around the corner curves. Manufacturer needs to use better quality zipper. I revised my rating from 5 to 3 because of zipper issue. Read more

Quality in the leather, stitching and zippers! Great size, not too big, not too small! I bought the gray color and am pleased with it. In different lights it shows gray and or gray/brown. Supple look and feel. Rich looking and I love the Cochoa bird emblem/logo! I could put a lot more "stuff" in this purse if needed, really is versatile.
