This may be the single greatest hair product to use in dry hair. I bought it on a whim, since most of my current products are for damp hair, post shower. I have fairly unruly, curly hair that simply can not resist frizzing. Recently, I had a relaxing morning with some fiends where I showered, but didn't bother styling my hair. Then, in a huge rush, they wanted to go out. We had a train to catch and I had 5 minutes to do my hair, put my shoes on, and go. This hair powder saved me. I put just a little in, ran my fingers through it, and boom! good hair. It has a pretty light hold, but give just enough of that something-something to make my hair look like effort was actually put into it. It also didn't come out even after a long (and sweaty) night. It wasn't till I shampooed my hair that it left. I recently bought a second one of these, just to keep in my backpack in case I need a little extra mid day something. I'm tempted to buy a third one to live in my car. I read one review about it leaking, but that's totally not the case. I’ve tried many hair powders, and this is the only one that gives my hair volume without making it feel dry or heavy. I give it a few shakes and run my hands through my hair into the style I want, and it stays in place all day. I don’t usually use hair products, but I wanted something easy to elevate my look and this stuff is effortless. It only takes me a few minutes to style, and then I don’t have to worry about my hair for the rest of the day. I also use it when my hair gets greasy and it fixes it immediately. Be aware, a little goes a long way so use it sparingly and it’ll last you a long time. I have thinning hair on top, and gels usually just emphasize that. The CRVFT power lets me style my hair without matting it down. It gives a little volume, and every bit helps. If you have frizzy hair, you may notice CRVFT doesn't "de-frizz" your hair the way a gel does. Other than that - a good product. UPDATE: This is a company that stands behind its product. I have been using Hair Craft Co. products for years now, and again another product that does not disappoint. I was always a traditional hair gel guy, but after being introduced to this company's products I have amped up my hair care and styling game. This was my first time using a hair powder of any kind so I was skeptical. Now it's a go to item for me. I have short to mid-length hair and 1-2 shakes of this product is perfect for the light hold I'm looking for. The packaging and size is just right to take when I travel and the cap holds tight without ever leaking in my bag. It's also really convenient not having to deal with the old school gel I use to use and getting it all over my hands and feeling like it never actually washed off. At the end of the day a shower with some shampoo washes everything right out and my hands don't get sticky whatsoever after applying.
