SOOOOOOO GOOD. As a 5’9 girl with medium ladies, this is SUCH a win in my book. I ran with this bra and it provided medium-high support! It’s so comfortable, thick material, and CUTE! I love CRZ Yoga products, and this bra is no exception! The fabric is buttery soft yet offers decent support. I have a large chest (36DD), and this is great for low-medium intensity activities like the elliptical, Zumba, or strength training.
