Love these shorts! I wore them hiking and swimming in a river and they held up great. They’re almost waterproof - my pockets filled with water and I had to squeeze them out when I got out of the river. They dry fast, the length is good, they were light enough to wear in the heat but not see-through. The green color is great. I don’t love the tightness of some hiking shorts around the waist & these didn’t hug too tightly. True to size. I’ll probably buy more for the summer! Read more

I really like these shorts. They are a hiking material so they aren’t soft, but you could sit in the dirt and feel comfortable that nothing will poke through or stick to them. As a woman that is between sizes, I took the chance and went with Amazon’s suggested size, Medium. Per the size chart my hip measurement, 38.5, falls to a Medium and my waist, 34.5, an XX-Large. My issue is always with the give in an elastic waistband. The elastic could be stretcher but I can live with it. I had to cut out the extra elastic drawstring. I like that the hips fit snug and that they’re not baggy in the seat. The zipper front pocket fits my phone with case, zippers are smooth opening, love the additional hand pockets and are the perfect bit high waisted. Overall these shorts are a win. Read more
