I was brought to this listing as I was informed these leggings were a comparable lululemon dupe. Melanite is my all time favorite lululemon color and seeing as the color has been discontinued for 5 years now I figured I’d bite the bullet and give these a try. As far as the color I’d consider this a solid dupe for melanite. The OG lulu melanite shade is more of a darker and neutral where as the CRZ yoga leans more towards a blue shade, while lulu leans more grey/green. As far as the fabric I wouldn’t consider it comparable to lulu align. I would honestly label it as a marrying of align and wundertrain. They provide the comfortability of the align with a material that more compares to the wundertrain, with durability but less thick and compressive than the WT. I included some pictures to compare my 2018 lululemon align melanite leggings to these, and despite the obvious wear, the crz yoga are a much more slick and sleek material with a notable sheen. The material itself feels cooling. These leggings do not have a secret waistband compartment for storage or an adjustable drawstring at the waist. When it comes to the fit, I wear a lululemon size 6, in these I ordered a size M(8-10) which I feel was the correct choice. I found the fit of the legs to be comfortable and actually a bit looser than I prefer, but I was grateful there’s no sausage thighs situation going on. The elastic is a bit itchy along the bottom hem and the thighs do rise up with activity. The waist on the other hand is definitely tight. Not so much that it’s uncomfortable or unwearable but there is a bunching and squeezing that I don’t experience with any of my lulu leggings- and it does giving the sausage casing look. The material of these leggings tend to bunch and crease a lot in an unflattering way with movement in the thigh hips waist and crotch area. When it comes to the leggings on their own I think they are a good quality for the price. Overall comfortable for the fit and a good deal for the price. Good casual athletic legging. I did note a slight flaw in stitching on the back right leg hem, one that would definitely unravel if snipped. Shipping was speedy and packaged well. Overall I consider this a good purchase. I know trying to compare a pair of $20 leggings against a pair of $64 leggings, they are going to fall flat in comparison in some areas and that’s okay and to be expected. I still give these leggings 5 stars for what you get. I’m ecstatic to have a pair of leggings shorts so similar to my favorite color and will definitely reach for them for that purpose. However 8/10 times I can honestly say I’d much rather opt for my lulu aligns. Read more

I am absolutely in love with these biker shorts! The fabric is incredibly soft — it really does feel like a “naked” second skin. They’re lightweight yet supportive, with a flattering high-waisted fit that stays in place whether I’m chasing my toddler, working out, or running errands. The 6” length is perfect — not too short, not too long — and doesn’t ride up. I’ve washed them several times already, and they still look and feel brand new. This is the second pair I’ve bought from this style of shorts and they’re the absolute best. The wild flowers pattern was my first purchase and they’re my #1 favorite shorts for the gym so I wanted to try the solid black ones and they did not disappoint. Normally with all black shorts or leggings, you can see a bit of the extra skin I have from pregnancy but these shorts literally cinch you on completely. And they’re high waisted perfectly! this is a very great product and i got the navy pair and all i will say is that their not very navy blue. their kind of blackish, greenish and navy blueish not just navy. they are so cute and comfortable though. these are so so so close to the lululemon biker shorts and are amazing qulity. i will be keeping these. I'm somewhat new to the gym scene, as I primarily do outdoor sports, etc, but I had been taking a HIIT strength class for a while and when spring was coming around, it was clear I needed to change from leggings and capri's to shorts for heat management (no AC in the building where we had class). The only shorts I had in my wardrobe were 10 year old running shorts, and I didn't like the style for doing strength work, abs on the ground, etc- it felt like my whole leg would show and the built in underwear never worked well for me in those. At the same time, while I'm fit, I've never been that comfortable in super tiny shorts and I don't like having to pull the legs down/out of my crotch and butt all the time! I bought these shorts in the 6" inseam and really like that length- they look pretty short still, but don't cause irritation and I basically forget they're on. These also seem to be squat-proof as far as I could tell (and it probably helps that I got for the patterns, esp. 'smoke ink' or 'tie dye' blacks over solids), and the soft brushed fabric is great. I'll keep buying these as I need more shorts, and might give the 8" ones a try as well. Read more
