Hello everyone. If you are wondering if you should buy this rice cooker. I would say absolutely. I needed one because I just love rice and wanted the convenience as well. The main reason I choose this one is because it comes with a steam tray so its easy to get veggies in. The texture of the rice comes out perfect and when you steam veggies they come out chewy which makes them easy to eat. Overall I am very satisfied with this rice cooker. I was really excited to use this rice cooker, as I heard a lot of good things about this from people I know who have it. When we received the item, the box looked like it has been opened before and looks like a return, as I saw a sticker showing the UPS Store. We ordered it brand new and received one that was not brand new. The item was also missing parts and was used before it was returned as there were dry rice in the rice cooker and stuff on top. I was really disappointed and ended up setting up a return. Maybe in the future I will give this another chance. Read more
