I was really excited to use this rice cooker, as I heard a lot of good things about this from people I know who have it. When we received the item, the box looked like it has been opened before and looks like a return, as I saw a sticker showing the UPS Store. We ordered it brand new and received one that was not brand new. The item was also missing parts and was used before it was returned as there were dry rice in the rice cooker and stuff on top.
