Week 2, cook 4, currently in love - works great for our family of 3, and I've made Jasmine rice 4 times. Latest it's capacity (3 dry, 6 cooked cups) and the rice was perfect. I can't cook rice this perfect every time, at all. We are in week 2. My BIL recommended this for our family and so far it's perfect. If this changes, I'll try to remember to update the review. Makes perfect, fluffy rice with a tap of a button. The capacity of this rice cooker is perfect for a family of 4. The control panel is relatively easy to use and understand. However, a downside I would say is that the cleaning process is rather intricate. You have to remove and clean the lid along with the removable steam cap. The steam cap is also difficult to put back together since it's multiple small parts that needs to lock together. There is even a drain dish at the back of the rice cooker which needs to be dumped after each use. Overall, it's a great rice cooker for it's fair value but the cleaning process can be quite tedious if you use it often. Read more

Omg! Best find ever got this I think during prime days so I got it a bit on sale, but it's worth the money! Perfect rice every time! Don't have to worry about timing or boiling over. Does the job for you. Don't have to think about portion math the cooker comes with its own cup and the pot has the water measurements! Often forget about cookers like this? No problem will keep the rice hot and fresh for many hours! Has a timer to help you keep track of its freshness. I have never heard it make noise, except while boiling. Beware when you cook turbo or the water level is higher than the portion usually wants some water with spit out of the steam hole. Just cover with paper towels and keep cooking. It has never once stuck to the pot easy serving directly from the pot and very aromatic rice! Parts separate easily and can be cleaned before next use. Love this machine! I have been needing a rice cooker for a while now, the cheap one I bought didn't make rice the right way. I didn't gave over $100+ in my budget for the more expensive ones, and was glad to see this at the price. It did take a bit to get the clock set up, but I had hit a different button on accident. My rice comes out perfect! Perfect stickiness, not dry or mushy, cooked to perfection. I had made rice in it for lunch and had left what was left on warm and ate the rest for dinner and the rice was still a great consistency. I love that it's easy to use as well and doesn't get super hot on the exterior. Being half korean rice is a huge staple in my diet, and I have had this for over a month and it still produces great rice. Easy to clean rice pot as well. I don't go with the lines for water to rice ratio, I do the knuckle test where it reaches the top of your third knuckle and I let it soak a few hours before cooking.
