This thing is HEAVY and very sturdy metal. I just got it today and hope it doesn't flake or rust like the other reviews showed, but I cooked some blueberry muffin mix with coconut oil and they slide right out of the pan fully cooked. So far I'm very happy with it, but might update my review in a few months if that changes. For now, I'm very happy with it. Read more

Sturdy and Hefty Pan

As I stated in a non-stick fry pan review, I don't believe the non-scratch / non-stick adverts on these items. They all eventually fail has been my experience, BUT this pan has held up to non-stick status after several months now. I over-baked a cheese quiche dish, and just needed a rubber spatula to remove it from the sides and bottom...no scrubbing...that is just what I wanted. If I get a year or two out of this I will be very happy. So far it has remained non-stick. Plus it is very hefty and sturdy...weighs more than I expected, but that gives me confidence in its wearability. Read more
