I have had these for about a month now. Very sharp knife set. I love the wooden handles and it looks nice in our kitchen. I hand wash the knives and do not leave them sitting in water. Best buy for the price of all the knife sets I looked at. Read more

I have to say, I was pretty shocked when I tested the blades on these knives— they are extremely sharp right out of the packaging. I love the look of them, although on one of them the wooden handle looks kind of marbled, not wood-like. I always take special care to wash my wooden knives gently by hand, usually only washing the blade, not the handle. I never soak the handles either. I believe this will make them last much longer. I have two cons: 1. The steak knives aren’t serrated which is kind of weird and 2. The holder isn’t the same color of wood as the knives (which is obvious from the pictures but this would be a nice thing for them to change). So far so good with these! Read more

The knife set is very nice, knives are well balanced and very sharp right out of the box. I chose this set because I trust the name and needed a set of knives in brown for my new kitchen color. The reason for the 3 star is because you can not put them in the dishwasher. No where in the product description or the pamphlet that came with them did it say "not dishwasher safe." I put two of mine in the dishwasher when I first got them and the handles became very rough and splintery. Read more
