I have a very special Jello recipe that has cream cheese added, at the end. This beater works the best for getting the cream cheese really incorporated in the Jello. So much better than the two beaters. Best purchase!!! Read more

I have an older Cuisinart mixer, which I wore out the wire whip (wire part came loose & bent wildly out of shape) & this whip listed model #βs that it would fit. That list showed mine. . Ordered & yes, it was the correct fit. I was Leary since first whip I ordered of another listing said that it would fit my model .. but it didnβt fit. This one was the correct fit & the listing of model#βs were accurate. It works great.. whips cream & egg whites perfectly. . Made well & hope I get yrs of use like out of it like my old one. I bought this as a replacement to the one that came with my hand mixer. I make a lot of desserts with fresh whipped cream topping and also have to stiffen egg whites and this sure does do the job. I love it for that reason but I hate that I had to replace it in the first place. One of the wires broke in mid mix and splattered whip cream everywhere. I don't know why it broke but I'm glad Amazon had a replacement. I just hope I don't have to replace it frequently. Read more

Absolutely recommended for making the fluffiest angel food cakes around! The CHM-WSK whisk attachment is different than the whisk that comes with the Cuisinart hand mixers because it is 1" wider. I'm adding photos so you can see the difference. The larger, more open design of this whisk makes whipping egg whites to stiff peaks easy and *fast* - a LOT faster than the smaller accessory whisk attachment that comes with the Cuisinart, and it incorporates and dissolves sugar into whipped egg whites quickly too. This whisk attachment paired with my 9-Speed Cuisinart hand mixer is as effective at whipping egg whites as my KitchenAid Professional stand mixer + whisk attachment, which makes me very happy because I don't want to lug that beast out for something that should be simple to make. The wires are more flexible than a typical hand whisk, but I haven't had any problems with it falling apart or rusting when run through the dishwasher. Read more

Fits my mixer perfectly. I tried it on instant pudding and it did a beautiful job. One thing to be aware of is that the whisk is very wide and doesnβt fit in where my beaters are stored. Being bigger helps incorporate more air in your recipe, so I am not upset. It just may matter if your space is tight. The metal is thin, so be careful not to bend it out of shape. I would buy it again. Read more

The wires to this whisk are made from a very weak and thin gauge wire... cannot be used to make frosting as I had hoped. Read more

I recently replaced my dead Kitchen Aid mixer with a Cuisinart, and for some reason, didn't realize this already came in the box with my new mixer. I wanted to be able to whip cream or fluff egg whites, so I purchased this. It does a great job on whip cream. It gives it a different texture, and the cream even looks better. I really cannot explain it. I am very impressed. I just wish I didn't have two of them. You only use on of these in your mixer at a time. Read more

I got this because I had purchased a cheapo 5-speed Proctor-Silex hand mixer here on Amazon that didn't come with a wisk. My game plan - if it fit the mixer, great. If not I'd try it in my drill :D Yes, I pretty dearly wanted a wire whisk hand mixer :) :) :) Ok - my geek-side aside, as it turns out, this Does fit my hand mixer. Well, sort of. It fits on ONE of the two beater jacks - which is fine by me! It means I still get what I wanted - a wire whisk in my hand mixer. For $5, it was a total deal. Plus, I got three of them, which is handy because now I can toss the used ones in the dishwasher and still have one handy when I want it. Read more
