We LOVE this coffee maker. It is beautiful and feels very expensive. We upgraded from a Mr. Coffee brand so we're definitely pleased with our purchase. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The coffee is piping hot and tastes gourmet. The color of the coffee is even darker too. Not watered down tasting or looking. The settings work flawlessly. The copper color is to die for and so unique! We have only had this coffee maker for a week but if we have any issues in the future I'll update my review. Read more

Love the copper color I had new filters and parts from the previous machine they fit this one too. The previous one had the kcup thing and was a 12cup. The kcup part started leaking after 3 1/2 yrs so upgraded to this 14 cup. So far I like it. Still have to be careful pouring when its full I think I just want to pour it to fast I guess it dribbles. Coffee tastes great. I ended up getting a keurig for k cups cappuccino milk steamer all in one instead of the combined Cuisinart this time. I use both machines. The big pot in the morning the other for a one cup of whatever late in the day. I rarely waste money at the coffee shops cant afford a $6-8 coffee everyday. Have a mix of metalscand chromes love the copper as a contrast. Only complaint is the lid on the pot did same thing on the previous you cant pour quickly or it spills dribbles. Read more

Very happy with the purchase. The carafe holds 14 cups and they aren't kidding! Brews coffee pretty quick, a full pot takes 5-6 minutes which isn't bad. This pot replaces a Bunn coffee maker that made coffee quickly but would pour coffee all over the counter if you made a full pot, I'm glad it's gone. I especially like the ease of programming and now I can set the pot up the night before and wake up to a nice full pot of hot coffee. Another plus is the looks of the coffee maker, not important to me so much but my wife loves it. So far so good, I'll do an update in a few months to speak of the durability of the coffee maker but I don't expect issues . Read more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I choose this product because of the color. After the first pot, we had coffee grounds everywhere. Cleaned it up. Then when we made every pot after it would always put the coffee grounds all over. It makes a stout cup of coffee but there always is coffee grounds in the cup when you drink it. Clean up is awful. Every time you make coffee it does this. Not a good choice if you don't want to clean it every time. Value for money: The price was comparable with others. Read more

Finally back in stock! We have the 12 cup model and it really is a simple and reliable way to make coffee. Everything works perfectly - great pot of coffee every time. Just flawless. But somehow in the morning my 2nd cup is short a few sips of coffee. We have really bit mugs. We just wanted a bit more coffee. Not a whole pot - just a couple more cups. Our new place has a copper sink and I thought a copper coffee pot would be the perfect touch. I hummed and hawed and finally decided to buy this upgrade. Just as I hit the "buy" button this thing goes out of stock. Worse, at the time it was an Amazon exclusive. Nobody had one - and I really did look hard. I kept my eye on this model on and off over the past 6 months and suddenly it's back. I hit the ORDER button and it arrived yesterday. What a beauty! It's not a cheap shiny bright copper but more of a muted pink/brown shade of copper. It's exactly what I wanted. I should be mad because the identical model in silver, red, black or white can be had for about $40 less at most big box stores. But after searching high and low for this color I'm just glad it's finally available. Read more
