This pan looks nice but more importantly works well. I tried the 8" pan and like it enough to now buy the other sizes. The raised stainless shape helps prevent the cooking utensils from coming into contact with the ceramic coating, that works nicely as a nonstick coating. The media could not be loaded. It’s not nonstick. One of the reviewers said if you season it properly it’s good, but I don’t see any directions for seasoning. These are hashbrowns in the video. Butter and I threw olive oil in it, trying to keep it from sticking. They still stuck. Pancakes, stick and burn. I usually cook on medium, so I turned it down. So the last time I cooked on medium the food stuck and I turn off the burner and I sat down and I hear this pop and I look in this pan. I think it was cooling down and it hit a certain point and it popped. Because there is aluminum on the inside of it. I never saw a pan do that before. And it cost me a lot of money, but I used it so I can’t return it. No, I don’t like it at all. guessing maybe to make things that are cooked in liquid liquids will be OK. So I have to find another pan. Spend more money. It burns everything. I hate this pan. That didn’t work either with liquids. And when I wash it, it doesn’t come clean like a nonstick pan. It looks like another popular expensive brand. That and the name makes you want to buy it because you think it’s good. Even with oils everything sticks. I will never ever buy this brand in anything again. I bought a different skillet. Way different than this. Why do people show a picture of a brand new skillet They haven’t even used so they don’t know how it’s going to behave and give it five stars? These pans (I got the 10" and 12" with lids) are everything they say they are. Non-stick but you can use metal utensils if you need to. Eggs don't stick. They heat pretty evenly on my induction stove too. The only drawback is the edge of the pan(s). It curves out to make pouring easier, but the edge is quite sharp. When washing or drying, it's possible to actually cut yourself on this edge. Not something I've ever encountered on a frying pan (or any pan) before. Now that my family knows to watch out for it, no one has gotten hurt, but it's a really strange and poorly designed feature in my family's eyes. Read more

Just got it yesterday and was anxious to try it this morning for my breakfast scrambled eggs. It does everything it's supposed to do. Totally non stick (I did use a spritz of avocado oil but very little), I used a fork to scramble the eggs (no concern whatsoever about scratching it) and cleaned very easy. I got a great cyber monday deal and comparing it to the much more expensive hexclad products this one performs just as well (only oven safe to 500degrees....hexclad oven safe to 900 degrees ((who ever heats an oven anywhere near that high)). We have a Cuisinart pot and pan set that we've had for years. It's not a FusionPlus set, but we wanted to add a pan like this one and decided to get it anyway. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. Other than the handle being slightly different, it goes well with the stainless steel Cuisinart set we already have. The pan is double handled and comes with a lid. It's good quality and is durable. We haven't had any issues with sticking or burning to the pan and you can use it to cook up anything. It's very versatile and I really like it. It may seem steep price wise, but it's a good value for the money. We're really happy with it and I would recommend. Read more

I bought these two Cuisinart pans (the 12” griddle & the 10” frypan) for my husband as he does all the cooking. He had purchased some pans at a retail store and I immediately returned them and bought these that were twice as expensive, but we will have these pans for years to come. The non stick surface is the best I’ve seen. Just a drop of oil or butter and nothing sticks! The pattern on the non stick surface is really elegant. If you look closely, the pattern is slightly raised which prevents scratching; but I still use a wooden or silicone spatula. This is an addition to other cuisinart pans we’ve owned for 20+ years.
