I have a small wrist, and I ordered a small/medium size. It was a bit big, but the elastic and Velcro were adjustable and it fit ok. I fell in a parking lot and really banged up my left hand ,especially my wrist. I sleep with it and wear it throughout the day when I need it. I have 2 wrist braces , one to wear, other to wash.. great brace, great value …highly recommend ! Very helpful in reducing movement and allowing healing. Read more
Part of the reason it is so comfortable is because it is not a big, thick brace. Mine is a bit ratty by now because I use my hands a lot at work but the seams are intact and it's still doing it's job. I love that this brace doesn't stop me from getting things done but it does stop me from bending my wrist in ways that would make my injury worse. I can also sleep with this brace on. Another important note is that the Velcro straps are correctly positioned. Some items that expose the hard surface of the Velcro will catch other materials and snag them. This brace has the hard Velcro surface on the end of the strap so it is turned in toward the brace when the brace is worn and hasn't been catching on panty hose and car seat covers (some of the worse fabrics for Velcro snags). I was looking for a smaller wrist brace as others I have used are longer, heavier, clumsy and unusable at the keyboard. But these are much better - Lighter, Smaller yet still effective. I've used them for a week and my wrist has much less pain in the morning. They are easier to use when typing - not perfect but better. Needed improvement: The triangle section that covers the thumb and index finger junction has a molded plastic part that seems 'over bent' and hooks into the bone with movement. That molded part doesn't fit my hand shape in that area. I'll pull out that part and reshape the 'bend'. I was surprised the underside support was flexible plastic, not metal like others. haven't decided if it's good or bad yet. Read more

My left wrist is affected. I bought 2 left hand supports in different colors; 1 to sleep in and 1 to wear when necessary during the day. I am 5 ft 8”. I have big hands for a lady, but I have very thin wrists. I used their recommended measurements and a reviewer’s help which said, “small felt more like a medium.” So I bought S/M size (small/medium) and it fit comfortably. Because my wrist is small, I was able to tighten the second velcro strap tighter by going PAST the designated velcro patch, and just moving it further along, and it still stuck well to the material itself. See photos. Really great support with the splint inside and didn’t hinder my movements at all. Fit like a glove. My wrist did not ache in the morning, after I’d worn it all night. Read more
I was just diagnosed with carpal tunnel after many months of my hand buzzing, falling asleep, and causing extreme discomfort. My doctor gave me a brace to wear that had several velcro straps that are difficult to adjust properly. The vekcro touched the skin and is uncomfortable. This CureCare brace is comfortable & provides really good support over the wrist. The way it fits over the thumb is also comfortable. I'll be ordering another one. Read more
Seriously, it's hands down the most comfortable wrist brace I've worn yet, and I've tried a lot. The problem, as others have pointed out, is that the Velcro straps are weak and not very adjustable. You can only tighten it so much, and even if it's tight enough at first, the elastic in the straps quickly stretches out and what was tight a week or two ago no longer is. If they just put better elastic in it with better Velcro, as well as more Velcro to give it more adjustability, this would be the best wrist brace of them all, but as it stands, no. 3 stars only.
