I'm forever searching for new and inventive ways to heal the uncountable wounds on my eczema-prone son's skin. Because we have to apply products daily, they often become ineffective over time due to overuse. Curoxen is a great product and I appreciate the all-natural and organic composition, especially on my kids' skin. It works quickly and has a great scent to boot. I used it around the outer edges of my lips in attempts to heal a dermatological procedure sore, and it worked wonders in a short amount of time. The taste and scent was really strong in the lip area, however, so be forewarned. It affected the taste of food and water for the day. That being said, I'd say it worked in half the time other over-the-counter antibiotic creams have worked. My son has eczema around his lips and complains of this product burning a bit upon application. It seems to be fine in other, less-sensitive skin spots. I'll continue to buy this product given the fast-action and organic/natural components. Great to have another line of defense in our medical kit! Read more

This little tube of magic has earned a permanent spot in our First Aid drawer (a.k.a. the “Mommy to the Rescue” kit). CUROXEN is my go-to for cuts, scrapes, mystery rashes, and bug bites that “itch really bad but also hurt and might need a Band-Aid shaped like a dinosaur.” No harmful junk, no weird chemicals I can’t pronounce, and best of all—it actually works. Like, heals-fast-works. I love that it’s clean and natural, but still somehow manages to destroy 99.9% of germs like it’s on a mission from the CDC. The kids are convinced it’s a superhero ointment now, and honestly? I’m not arguing. Slap a cape on it. 🦸♂️ Highly recommend this for every household. Moms, toss it in your bag next to the snacks, wipes, and 18 Hot Wheels cars. You’ll thank me later. Read more

Our 1-year-old has the itchiest, most incessant eczema on her legs that it makes you question the existence of a loving God at times. 2AM is when it hits the hardest. We haven’t had a full night’s sleep in months. We’ve been to doctors, allergists, naturopaths. We’ve tried diet changes and every cream you can imagine. My wife even took her on a road trip to Shriners since they specialize in skin, but they didn’t know how to stop it. We read it can be a reaction to Staph bacteria where for certain people the skin doesn’t adequately protect against it, so the immune system goes into overdrive trying to fight it off. Neosporin was the proposed solution, but I wanted that to be a last resort. Maybe there were alternatives without the antibiotics, so I landed here. After about a day of using it we noticed a big difference in her skin. We had to keep reapplying or she’d start itching again, but as long as we did that we could tell it was working. She itched at 5AM instead of the typical 2AM. The redness was almost gone. We immediately ordered another one but we were already almost out, so the itching came back with a vengeance. Out of desperation we used the old empty tube to suck up olive oil and mix it with any residue left in the tube. It wouldn’t be nearly as concentrated, but as long as we applied frequently it held us over until the next bottle. So yeah, this stuff works for our daughter’s eczema where everything else failed. We were ready to climb a mountain somewhere in Tibet for a sacred rare flower that only blooms once a year if that’s what it took. It has to be torture to itch like that. So if you have an eczema problem and are desperate, this stuff is worth a try. There are different types of eczema, so it may not work in your case, but it does for ours. Definitely ty it and see. Some tips: -Apply it pre-emptively. Don’t wait for the outbreak. By then it’s kind of too late (although after about 30 mins it starts working). -Order two. These are small tubes and it takes about 24 hours to use up. They should come out with a larger size. -If you do run out, fill the tube with olive oil to get a diluted version from the residual to hold you over. -Apply it often and thinly coated rather than lathering it on less often. -Really massage it in. -Keep it in the fridge as recommended, or it easily leaks out. Every drop is precious. Read more

I really wanted a natural antibiotic ointment. This stuff is horrible! I went by the reviews and they were way too generous. Why? Because I want it to be thick! I want to be able to put it on an infected cuticle and it's all liquid. The liquid then is messy and smells so nasty my gosh my bathroom smelled from it for a couple of days No kidding. I sprayed my bathroom counter and it still was smelling. You can say that's a personal thing fine but the most important is that it's so liquidy it doesn't help. You want to put it on something like a cuticle then you want a Band-Aid to stay in place, The Band-Aid won't stick because it's not a gel consistency, it's so messy and a hassle. I ended up buying a quick thing of generic Neosporin which worked immediately. I very much wanted to use a natural product but this product is awful. Read more
