Okay —This must be taken with a grain of salt. This can burn the inner ear a minute amount, and the skin nerves may be more sensitive in your ears, than mine. After the 2-3 drops are placed in the ear, one must let them drain out, by turning their head downwards, for about a minute. The smell is pleasant to me, but strong. I have tinnitus and played the acoustic drums for 30+ years. It helps me deal with intermittent pain, and dryness/air pressure change-discomfort. I am Not educated in audiology. I recommend anyone who has questions to consult their physician or a licensed & insured real-life audiologist. It allows me to sleep after applying 2-3 drops, when I could not sleep due to frequent changes in air pressure/dryness. Wrong product in the product box. Amazon description includes for dry itchy ears. Box delivered says “ear drops”. The bottle in the box labeled “ear pain drops”. Paper inside the box says nothing about dry itchy ears. Says plenty about ear aches and ear infections, which is not the reason I ordered the product. Read more

I have been having outer ear infections for about 5 years. I'll go to the doctors, they'll prescribe drops. The drops would work but about two weeks after finishing the drops my symptoms would reappear. My symptoms would start out with itchiness, then eventually move to pain and finally my ears would swell and close up. After a few years of this being on repeat I decided once I finish a course of the prescription drops, I would try over the counter drops to see if I could keep whatever infection away. Most of the over the counter drops extended the time between when I finished the prescription drops and when my ears would finally swell and close up, but they never fixed the issue and I still had itchiness with them. I saw these and decided to give it a try. I've tried so many prescription drops and over the counter drops I figured what's one more. They burn! It surprised me just how much it burned. The packaging does say that this can happen and not to be alarmed. So I continued to use the drops once a day for about 3 days. All of a sudden on day 4 the itchiness went away. I stopped the drops and so far it seems I need to use them once a week. I will say now that I think my ears aren't so inflamed they do not burn at all. I am hoping eventually I can go longer between uses but even if I can't these drops have helped me when doctors, specialists and pricy prescriptions couldn't. I 100% recommend these. Very easy to use and does help my ear pain or itching feel better. I’ve bought this twice now and even tho the smell is strong it really helps. I use it after my shower or swimming because water makes my ears itch. I use it whenever my ears start to itch because I have always irritated my ears with scratching them. Allergy meds don’t help me at all with my itchy ears. I’m glad I bought this. Read more
